      Nonexistent customer service basically and no respect for customers. Learning fast if there is BO phone number or easy way to contact a buisnesss do NOT buy anything! Any issues you wont get help. Spotify is the leader in refusing to give refunds. ********* companies seeks desperate measures. My issue vegans months ago to cancel that free trail. They Locked out of my account, but ********************** did not let me know. When i tried to log in just said my email was not found. However they did allow access for me to update a payment method. There was no easy way to contact them to cancel my trial fast forward months later. I was only able to get an answer months later on *******. When i had to post for help. They still refuse to refund me for the FEW months they owe me. For unused service and the inability to easily contact them to cancel. They hope customers just give up on seeking refunds. I am still waiting to see if they will resolve my refund-via my email requests. If not then moving forward with other options to resolve getting money back.

      Our granddaughter order spotify for *****. WE were o.k with that. [later we did not want it so she used it for 1 day] but we got a service so we could not get back the *****. Later we found out she had order recurring which is ***** a month.We called to cancel on the day it was processing, but it was too late. another ***** charged. The next month we got it canceled.[They gave us a hard time canceling.] I feel like they should give us back our ***** when we found out it was recurring. And if they don't i will not recommend the service to anybody. They are a terrible company. almost charged us ***** times 3=35.97 for 1 day of service. DO NOT BUY SPOTIFY !!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

      Spotify Sucks!I am writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding the ongoing delay in releasing payouts for both of my accounts, Charellis (*************) and Thorn and Thistle (******************). Despite submitting all requested documentation over the past three months, my funds continue to be withheld, and my latest inquiry has resulted in a generic response instructing me to be patient.This is now beyond an acceptable timeline. I have staff to pay and operational expenses that are being directly impacted by ******** failure to process my payouts in a timely manner. It has been over a week since any funds have been deposited, and at this point, ******* is holding a significant amount of my revenue with no clear resolution or timeline for release.******** indefinite withholding of funds without action or clear communication is not only unacceptable but could also have serious legal implications. I need a concrete response, detailing exactly what is causing the delay for both account's and when the funds will be released.If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

      They stole all my royalties and removed my music from their DSP. Their negligence led to my distributor removing my music from all streaming services. This has happened 3 times over the course of 5 years. I was told every time by every distributor that Spotify is making claims that I am committing streaming fraud and Im a Bad Actor posing as a musician. I am an independent audio engineer with over 80 independently produced music that had over 500k streams and I am being told by the service that is supposed to provide me with a safe space to upload my music that I am a Bad Actor and deserve to be disincentivized from uploading and should gate kept. This is all written publicly on Spotify for Artists FAQ page. ***************************************************************

      I need help resovlng this issue with Spotify I close my account last year july I no longer use there platform and I uninstall there app from my phone but they are still taking payment from my bank I need them to refund money back to my bank I have problem getting in touch with them no phone contact.

      I purchased Duo for my husband in September and the end of November he did not have access. I thought it was user error so I attempted for several hours to send him my link different ways, reset his password, paste the link incognito etc... last exasperated attempt I contacted customer support and was connected with someone off shore who told me to do everything I had done which I repeated...still nothing. He said nothing is wrong on their end and advised I wait until I got home from vacation to fix it-even though we tried at home for 2 months. Don't waste your time and money on Duo.

      If you ****** spotify family plan, it comes up with a $9.99/month option. You click on it and takes you to checkout, but it changes from $9.99 to $19.99. Apparently that offer is only good in ******** and not in the ** (which I only found out after contacting customer service and was told by the agent, but it is not posted anywhere). It's like a bate and switch. Why am I getting ******** offers? This needs to be fixed. I almost didn't catch that it changed my monthly fee. This is going to get some people for sure!

      My daughter has been inpatient since may and I just found out they have been charging her card every month for services. I tried to call to cancel but there is no phone service and I don't have her account information to chat with an agent about it because she no longer has that phone with that service attached . They have been taking out ***** every month. I have adult guardianship over her because she cannot get into any contracts without my permission. This is actually a no star review because I cannot get any customer service.
