    Stay way ! Worst experience ever! After getting a loan for the car , car insurance and certified check from bank as down payment I was told I cant take the car home because it failed state inspection . And this was certified pre owned car that fails state inspection . Those cars have to pass *************************** order to be CPO . That would tell you that they dont even do the 160 point inspection.Second option was offer ,as a curtesy of bad experience with first deal , which turned to be even worst experience . Agreed on price , I have text to prove it. Waited a month for the car to be ready, as they advertise the cars CPO before they even wash the cars never mind inspecting them. After the wait I was told they wont ***** the price we agreed upon. Manager refuses to return my calls. Corporate claims to have nothing to do with how a dealership conducts business in their behalf . Stay way from Mercedes get a *** instead. I got lucky have everything on text messages to prove but be careful with them .

    The worst dealership for Mercedes by far. Tried to buy a car from them and it was a disaster. I purchased a car from another dealer, made a mistake of bringing it in for service and negligence is beyond anyone's imagination. All my complaints were written down incorrectly, but the worst part is when I told them about an issue that almost got me into a car accident, they refused to even check that. Now I am at the point of making a decision to keep or sell the car, not to put my family's life in jeopardy.

    Mercedes-Benz Manhattan went the extra mile for this customer, we picked up and delivered this car twice from ******** for this customer and supplied him with a loaner car. He had set his seat memory in to the wrong position and attempted to blame us.He was not charged for any of his repairs/corrections and was supplied a loaner that he had to pay for the tolls for the loaner. His car is operating as designed.His car is operating as designed.

    This dealership/repair shop only care about money, dont waste your time unless you want to do business with someone whos only cares about the sale not your needs. I was sent here by my insurance company to get a quote. After waiting an hour in line just to ask questions I was told it would be $350 for a quote it took 5-10 mins to prepare. I asked questions and was told they would get me the estimate. I received that and was told there would be no fee after all. I was so grateful. However the next day, my insurance company asked them to upload the quote and they changed everything on it to be Lower (affect my payout) by $4000. I reached out to question why they did this and no one will return or answer my calls. I also wanted to have my vehicle repaired there but dont trust that they will change things again or alter the estimates at a whim without any explanation. I was even willing to pay for the estimate but yet this is the way they operate their business. I will not return here. I paid for my car over years of hard work, my vehicles repairs should not be dictated by someones bad business practices.

    For a luxury brand Mercedes is the worst customer service experience I have every received. My sales **** ****** was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the entire sales process. Id always dreamed of owning a Mercedes and for my first car purchasing experience to be my dream car and then be so horrible was my first let down. Then 5 months after purchasing my car the check engine light comes on. I schedule an appointment to get it serviced and that appointment just turned out to be to drop of my car, not get it worked on they say it is going to take a week for it to even be diagnosed and longer if anything needs to be fixed. I was without a car for 2 weeks because they would not give me a rental since they didnt have any available. All while this is going on my bank calls to tell me that my title is incorrect and instead of the lien being BOA it was Mercedes Financial. I spent over a month calling my dealership, the state, and Mercedes financial trying to get this fixed and was put on holds for up to 30 minutes at a time and sent to voicemails that were full. If I was lucky enough to get through to someone I was told they would look into it and call me back (they didnt). Every time I talked to someone new blame was passed on to someone else and I was pointed in some new wrong direction. It wasnt until I called them 4 times in a fow and threatened to get lawyers involved that they finally talked to me and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. I wish I had never purchased from them and I would highly suggest shopping any other luxury car brand and will not be purchasing a Mercedes again myself.

    This is NOT a Mercedes Benz customer. The customer brought in a 2015 ***** Cruze with ******* miles on it and he asked for a body estimate do body work at our body shop department. We wrote and estimate based on the visible damage in its entirety. The estimate was written at our door labor rate. When we were giving the customer the estimate he disclosed that he was a State Farm customer, therefore we did not charge him for the estimate. When State Farm called us to upload a corrected estimate the estimate was then changed to State Farm rates and State Farm guidelines. Its seems that the customer may have been attempting to get a cash payout from his insurance company. The insurance company alerted us that the customer was wanting a cash payout from the insurance company. We have no control of what State Farm is willing to pay a insured for a 2015 ***** with over ******* miles on it. We only supply the estimate and the insurance company has the final say of what they pay out NOT MERCEDES BENZ MANHATTAN!

    I purchased a new AMG EQS from the dealership which was delivered to me not functioning properly. Mercedes refused to allow me to return the car and took two and a half months to fix the car. Mercedes offers nothing to a buyer for loss of use, financial losses, etc.Suggest you think carefully before buying an expensive car from Mercedes.

    Manhattan mercedes dealership I purchased a vehicle GLC300 2022 BRAND NEW . Computer gave me there is accident i thought itm was an error butiy was more problems. Sales man promised to pick up never did i towed the car After a week they said there is a problem with steering column and they will get ot from ******* then theysaid misding pellets The car since October 7th 22 in their shop They don't want to replace the car or tobuy out Despite it is 2 monts in their shop By the law ifmorethan 30days i should receive another car

    Mercedes Benz of Manhattan service garage, the factory owned dealership in the most prestigious city, is hurting Mercedes Benz reputation. Mercedes Benz upper management should really get involved in fixing this ********** is poorly run, employees are unprofessional Living in ************* I am switching to another brand that cares about their customers.

    Had an appointment for my car to be picked up for service; i was confirmed to get a loaner; waited almost 2 months for this appointment. Their representative called me two times to confirm this appointment and to tell me we had to bring the car in for a loaner; that they no longer bring loaners out of ***. My husband brought the car in, waited for more than an hour on line; only to be told that there were no loaners. He left, without service to the car. ******** was a reliable institution; i no longer believe this to be true. ************** and their employees are not reliable. POOR LEADERSHIP, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    ***ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET***I scheduled a service for my vehicle with the service department, i prefaced the appointment with the fact that I use my car every day for work and that after they diagnose it that I would have to take it back while they ordered my parts. They assured me that it would be looked at for sure and agreed to the appointment time.Once in the dealership the service advisor said, "We are backlogged, I am sure they told you it would be looked at, but we have a lot of issues with what the scheduling department communicates to us and the client." So, I said, well I have to use my car for work. I explained that I moved my entire schedule around to accommodate only in *** clients and pushed all out of town appointments to the following week based on the appointment time THEY GAVE TO ME. He said, "We might not look at it today *wednesday, but definitely at some point Thursday" I agreed (again further impressing upon him the urgency) I also told him I understand that they could never repair it by Friday, but they can at least have the parts ordered and when they arrived, I would come back. He again, agreed and assured me he would "over communicate" with me. Well, that was the understatement of the century. I had to call back on FRIDAY at 3PM only to find out they never touched it. I understand if you are busy, but remember YOUR CUSTOMERS ALSO ARE BUSY, so don't make appointments for time slots that you cannot honor. The advisor said he was sorry, agreed with me in regard to how unprofessional this was to me & promised to call me that same evening with a solid appointment that he could honor. That was 4 weeks ago.I also reached out in writing to the ********************* General Manager of the dealership to let him know how a 10+ year customer was being treated and he never bothered to even reply.DO NOT WASTE TIME HERE - MBUSA Should clean house here and FIRE all of these people
