    On August 25th, 2024, I ordered a pair of Deer Hunters shorts size XL, Short 6". I paid $35 for the shorts, $5 for delivery and $3.30 in Tax totaling to $43.30 through their Instagram store. Order #******* the store said "$5 Standard Shipping Arrives 5 To 10 Business Days From Order", I got a tracking number but it didn't update, it never said anything other than confirmed awaiting processing. On the 10th business day (Sep 6) I emailed Birddogs customer service and said " I ordered ********************** 2 weeks ago and they have not been shipped yet. What is happening? Order number #*******" I received a response from **** on Sep 10th saying sorry and if I'd confirm a good address he'd send me a pair expedited. Within 5 minutes I replied with the information. September 14th, 17th & 20th I emailed again because I had no response. Finally on Sep 20th ****** replied saying he had ordered me another pair & gave me Order #*******. On Sep 23rd the order had still not shipped & I emailed again. Sep 24 birddogs replied saying "That order went out yesterday and is updating now, you should have it soon!". On Sep 25 I replied at 6:47am saying I did not see that it had shipped by the tracking number asking for additional support. At 1:23 I emailed again saying it had been 33 days & if I didn't get a response soon Id file a ******************** complaint. at 3:26 they replied & said "the shorts from your order ******* were not available in our warehouse due to a small inventory discrepancy and we weren't able to send them. I am so sorry for the inconvenience but is there any other item that I can get for you instead? Or would you like a refund? Let me know and I will get that going for you.". I replied late on Sep 25 saying what I wanted. No response again till 4:23 pm from them, saying they would order my new selection. Order #*******. Despite the previous email ****** said "I do think that ******* will most likely still arrive". Now all 3 say they are confirmed & awaiting processing but I have no shorts.

    I ordered some pants and the size was wrong. I contacted the company and sent them back to exchange. Fast forward, I forgot about the exchange, thinking they would recieve it and send it back to me without me having to check in after already reporting the exchange. I'm a ** and I work long shifts at a public hospital, stating I forgot about the exchange. Auditing my purchases months later I realize they never sent me the exchange. It was shipped and delivered to them, when I called, they can't find my return. They can't track it, they have no record of it. An entire month of emails back and forth with them for nothing. They can't find the return that was shipped with their tracking label!!! They don't care about customers. I received a "sorry about that" email.

    They refuse to respond to my quality assurance emails. i have sent nearly ten:"While I am a big fan of your signature materialstretchy, wrinkle-free, and incredibly comfortablethe "***** *********" shorts I received do not seem to match this standard at all!!!When I first received the shorts, I noticed they were quite wrinkled, so I washed them right away, thinking that would solve the issue. Unfortunately, after washing, I realized the material was permanently wrinkled, rough, and uncomfortable. The shorts also flare out at the sides, making them look more like a mini skirt due to the short inseam. This is not an issue whatsoever with my other BD shorts. By the time I discovered these issues, it was too late to return ******* contrast, the other three pairs I purchased feature the high-quality material and fit that Ive come to love about BirdDog. Given that I spent $70.00 on these shorts, I feel disappointed that I cannot enjoy wearing them. They feel so different that I almost wonder if they were made by a different manufacturer altogether.I understand that some time has passed since the purchase, but I wanted to reach out to see if it might be possible to receive a replacement pair made from your signature material or perhaps a discount as a gesture of goodwill.I've attached a photo to show what I'm talking about. You can see how the sides flare out, giving them the appearance of a skirt or women's shorts."

    I placed an order on December 14th 2023 totaling $364.00. I accidentally used ******'s echeck payment instead of credit card. Because of this the order would have been held until the payment cleared and would not be delivered in time for Christmas. I reached out to customer support and they suggested I cancel the order and place a new order using a credit card payment. I took their advice and they cancelled the order and I place a new order.However I still to date have not received a refund for the cancelled order. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and either get no response or someone saying they are passing it onto a manager who will "sort it out". No one from management follows up or reaches out with a resolution. They have ultimately stolen $364.00 from me as it has been over 8 months without a refund.

    I purchased a pair of shorts from bird-dog. The receipt clearly says you have 90 days to make a return. I initiated the return well within 90 days. Your dog said I was too late and that their return window is 45 days. I provided a copy of the receipt (attached to the complaint,) proving that I relied in good faith on the language of their receipt. They have refused to issue a credit.     Purchased 5 Pair of Shorts Totaling $370.74. The purchases included multiple free items the more you purchase the more you would get in free items. I was to receive A Gym bag(received), a T shirt, a Hat and a Water Bottle. I received the package and 3 items were missing. Immediately emailed customer service and this was their response and my own: Your kidding right? Thats a pretty shady business practice wouldn't you say? I spent $370.74 dollars, with the expectation that each time I bought more I would receive the next tier. Can you explain why you can't ship the items by themselves so I can ensure the reviews and BBB gets that down for others buying your product?     I ordered an item from Birddogs on May 7, 2024. The item I ordered didn't fit, so I did an exchange for a different size on May 21, 2024. After several weeks, I reached out to the company because I hadn't received and wanted to check on it. They responded by telling me that they didn't have the item in stock and without EVER asking me how I wished to resolve the situation, they had already just went and issued me a gift card instead. I told them that I did not want a gift card (because they didn't have the item that I wanted) and now they will not respond to me. I have reached out via email and their chat dozens of times and no one will respond to me except for one person who said that they would "let their manager know" and that has been weeks now and no one will provide an update or respond to any my attempts to reach out asking when I can expect MY $128.82 back.. Hard earned money they took from me almost 3 months ago for a product they did not even have, and now they will not return to me.

    Part of the zipper on the athletic shorts ripped off after 1 year of occasionally using the shorts. The shorts are now unusable due the remaining zipper piece being extremely sharp, it even made a small slice on my hand when working out. Birddogs told me to contact their QA department, but after three follow *** and no response over a month I have no other recourse.

    Original order number (#*******) and new order number (#*******)This order was placed on June 15, 2023 at the price of $136 for two pairs of shorts. I have not received the initial order due to it being addressed to the wrong address. I have reached out numerous times via direct message and email to get this rectified. I even exhausted all efforts with **** to get this resolved. Unfortunately, this did not happen and a new order was shipped but AGAIN was addressed to the wrong location. At this point I don't know any other recourse.

    I placed an order for 3 pairs of bird dogs shorts on 07/06/2023, for $204. The package was shipped to my apartments package service, but was not delivered and was returned to the sender. I emailed the company twice, messaged on instagram 4 times, and messaged on ******** 6 times to try to update my shipping address and only got one response saying they will reship my order but a pair of the shorts that i ordered are no longer in stock. They have not replied since that first reply and continue to post on social media while ignoring my messages.
