    I made an order online on July 10th. I got an order confirmation and paid for expedited two day shipping to meet the exit date of a trip. The company has done no further acknowledgement of the order and it has not shipped. I have reached out to the company via email and via ******* and have gotten no response. I have heard other stories in ******* from over a week before my order of orders not being fulfilled. The company is seemingly just stealing its customers money.

    I am trying to return two pair of pants for the second time. The first time I returned them it was part of an order of three pairs of pants all the same size. Two pairs of pants did not fit so I contacted bird dogs, and they said to return the two for an exchange and get two additional pair, which I did. I received two additional pair, and they do not fit. Remember I do have one pair at the identical size that does fit so it is very inconsistent. Now ** trying to return the two pair and just get my money back but I cannot reach anybody at birth dogs. The phone number has been disconnected, and nobody returns my online request. I am stuck with $300 worth of pants that I cannot use.

    I ordered a pair of shorts from them and within the first couple of hours of wearing them they started to fray with normal wear. I asked for an exchange and received it. Same thing happened with the exchange so I just asked for a refund. When I went to send the shorts back within the refund period I went to ************* and it said the return was cancelled by an admin. I then emailed the company 3 times without a response. My return number is EXC-*******-1. Its pretty ridiculous customer service and behavior by the company.

    I placed an order 6/20/23 for 2 pairs of birddog shorts. The add said that a free Yeti tumbler would accommodate the order. The order was delivered without the Yeti tumbler. Had to email Birddog to find out why the Yeti tumbler was not delivered (since they don't have a Phone Number). Response from Birddog was they can't add any code to the order once it's been confirmed. The add advertisement didn't have a "code" . The advertisement just said order 2 pairs of shorts and get a free Yeti tumbler with the order. My order number is *******, items *** Fartknockers and Captain ***** ******** shorts both $68.00/ea, total $136.00.All I want is what was promised in the advertisement. Otherwise this is false advertising.

    Placed an online order on June 3 (Order # *******). Only received part of the order - one item in the order has not arrived (Item name: ******************* Pro shirt). Today is June 22, I've attempted to reach the company twice by email ********************************* and once by their customer service chat bot through their website (there is no phone number for this company). I have not received a response from any of my attempted outreach.I've checked the shipping status both with ***************** and with the ********************** says: Check Back Later for Estimated Delivery ******************** is awaiting your item, as the merchant has received the order at 6:37 PM on June 17, 2023. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date.I would like either a specific date of delivey or my money refunded at this point. This package is no where to be found and they have my money!Please tell me where the item is that I paid for almost THREE weeks ago. this was meant to be a fathers day gift and it was ruined.

    My order was originally made on February 3, 2022. A problem with the item occurred in January 2023. I immediately contacted the company about the issue. They directed me to send an email with pictures and a description of what happened to their quality assurance branch. I was told initially that it would take two weeks to review my claim. After two weeks I contacted the same quality assurance email and asked for an update. I received no response so then I contacted the regular customer service. They told me it could take two months. I patiently waited two months from the original January 25, 2023 email. I have emailed the company several times requesting an update. I have complied with every part of their inquiry into the product defect. I think it is outrageous that a company could first take that long to look at a picture and make a decision, but also continue to be no responsive to a customer. This company clearly does not value me as a customer. My hope is that they at least respect what the BBB does for consumers rights and makes this issue right. I am willing to provide you any supporting documentation and emails that you would like. Thank you,***********************

    Products worth $177 was returned and was never issued a refund. ******** services will not look into the issue and will not return emails or provide a number to speak with someone.

    On 7/1/22 I ordered $377.00 in shorts from birddogs (order #*******) with 2 day shipping to wear on my trip to ************. Fed-ex tracking showed that the label was created but the item never left the birddog warehouse, I then called Fed ex and they confirmed that they were never available for pick up. Concerned that the package would not arrive in time I emailed birddogs help desk several times with no reply. Today 7/6/22 I was finally able to connect with someone on the live chat named "****** *****). I explained to the rep my situation and asked him if these could be overnighted with the additional replacement order that I placed today so I can have the shorts in time for my trip. He refunded me $10 then told me they first had to investigate where they were, and then later said that there was an estimated delivery date of today on the package that was never picked up and to let them know if they don't show and complete stopped responding. So now I am out shorts for ******* $377.00, and have to spend another 3 days trying to get a response from ******************************* when they don't show up tomorrow.
