      On 04MAY2024, I ordered and paid for a custom dress from eShakti.com, a dress company with previous good reviews. I received this information in the order confirmation -Your order is estimated to be delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks. Any denim or special order products in your order will take an additional 10 days to reach you.On 03JUN2024, I attempted to call eShaktis customer service line to get an *** on my order. When no one answered the phone after many calls, I sent an email. On 20JUN2024, I received a response from eShakti apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my dress was in final checks and being processed.On 06JUL2024, I requested a discount be applied as it was over a month past the promised delivery date. On 08JUL2024, I received a response from eShakti that I would receive a delayed gift coupon once my order was delivered. This was the last time I heard from eShakti. The customer service phone line was also never answered a single time over the course of 2024.I sent additional inquiries regarding the delivery of my order and requesting that a refund be issued on 31JUL2024, 26AUG2024, 14SEP2024, and 07NOV2024. After getting online and reading updated reviews, it appears that, while a few customers have received their orders many many months after placing them, the majority of people simply never receive their orders and are completely defrauded. It has been almost a full year since I placed my order, and I have not received any updates from the company since July 2024. I am reporting eShakti for fraud. I have lost $117.50. Other customers have lost much more. It does not appear that you can currently order on their website, but I still occasionally see advertisements for their company. ******* may have started out legitimately, but they have turned into a big scam that is stealing money from its customers.

      I ordered several products from their website on June 15th, 2024. I waited a few months before contacting them, as I had ordered before and knew their wait times can be long. However, after several months of waiting, I contacted them to ask if there was an issue with my order. No response. I contacted them several more times in the last six months with no response, and I could not initiate a chargeback as it was too late by the time I contacted them for the first time. Very disappointed as I loved this business and recommended it to many friends.

      I ordered 2 dresses on July 18, 2024. I still have not received the order. When I checked the order, it still says that it hasn't even been created yet. I have reached out to the company and they have not gotten back to me. I tried calling the company today and the phone number reported no longer working. This is not the first time I had a problem with this company. The first order I made took over six months to get and was waiting for it for my son's wedding.

      I made two purchases with eshakti on 4/20/2024 for $52.58 and $199.03. After waiting months for the clothing, i reached out and was told on June 12 that there was a delay in production. I requested to cancel the orders and received confirmation of cancelation on June 14. To date, I have not received a refund. I have emailed eShakti multiple times and the phone number listed is no longer in service. I can't chargeback with my credit card because the delay in shipping exceeded the 120 day time limit.

      I ordered a dress on 4/1/24. I was charged $31 (plus I had used a gift card) on my credit card on 4/2/24. I have still not received my dress. I have contacted the company many times over these months via email, and have tried calling but can never get an answer. One time I received an email back saying the fabric had not arrived, but it has been crickets since. I have asked for a refund multiple times to no avail.

      On 4/2/2024 I ordered a custom dress from eshakti and the estimate for receiving the product was 2-4 weeks. I reached out by email in July and November after not having received my dress. The first time I was told it was a delay with the fabric, the second time I didnt receive a response. No one ever answered the phone. I still, nearly a full year after ordering, have not received the dress I paid for.

      I ordered clothing from ******* July 2024. I have not received the clothing. **************** is nonexistent. I have called and sent emails with no response. I have read on line that this company is still accepting orders and processing people's payments even though they are no longer in business.

      I ordered 5 items of clothing and only received 2. In June I was told they were going to ship, and since then I have not had any correspondence from the company, even though I have emailed, filled out their online form, and called. No refund has been given, and I haven't receive the other 3 items.

      Over the past 10 months I have been trying to get a refund from this company for a product they failed to make and send. I reached out to them through various means; email, chat feature on website, phone, but to no avail at getting a solution. I reached out to my credit card company to dispute claim and they stated that it seems Eshakti strung me along for months stating they would give a refund, in order to pass the 60 day credit card dispute cut off period. They were unable to dispute or get in contact with ******* to pursue issue further. So I have no other recourse but to report them for unprofessional business practices, in hopes that others dont have the same experience as I have had. I have retained my email records where Eshakti stated that they had reached out to our billing team to process your refund. That was the last response I received from them on July 20, 2024. I have continued to reach out via email but have not been contacted again.

      I ordered 2 dresses from eShakti.com on 12/5/2023. When i didnt receive the order or any update at all on the order, I reached out to them and was able to cancel the order. But after emailing and filing complaints about my refund all year, i have still never received a refund. All of 2024 I still received email ads for this company too. I just now found an article that says the company is out of business.
