      I had been doing business with this company for years. Unfortunately, I placed an order 3/2024 and have yet to receive the order or my money returned. I've made several outreaches to the company via email and have gotten the run around. I'm being told there was an issue with the fabric but never received a completed product. I am 6ft in height so this was my go to for tailor made clothing. I'm disappointed that I'm unable to purchase another item from this company and have to leave a bad review.

      ******* is scamming its customers and vendors, and left its employees in the ******** a previous customer who had purchased from them a number of times over the years with no issues, I wanted to believe that they really had just made a mistake. But, I ordered an item in April 2024, with expected delivery by the end of May. I started emailing their customer service in June, and after two attempts heard back from them once. They claimed it "was delayed due to a quality issue in the fabric lot we received and this has delayed the shipment of your order." ... and that they'd send me an estimated delivery date soon. That was the last I'd hear from them. I emailed four more times, and heard nothing back. Finally in Feb. 2025, I decided to call (as someone who hates talking on the phone, this is big for me!). But, the phone number is disconnected. Of course, it's been too long for me to get my money back through my financial institution ... I've never done a charge back before and didn't want to do one with a company that previously made quality items and had excellent customer service.The website still appears to be active and seems to allow you to shop. Please do not shop there! They will steal your money.

      I order 2 dressed almost a year ago now. I never got dressed or refund. have emailed them numerous times and no the phone number no longer is a cvslid number. I wish they would be responsible and respectful. on past I order many dresses from this company.

      They don’t ship your order. They don’t give you credit for returns. (You’ll NEVER get a refund, only credit to reorder and the credits STOP). The only response I ever got from cs was when I threatened to report them for credit card fraud. Just stay away from this company. It’s a total SCAM and if you do end up getting EVEN PART of your order, the stuff is complete JUNK. Poorly tailored and the fabrics are way too heavy for the styles. It’s a vicious cycle that goes round and round and you finally just give up and accept the LOSS.

      I placed an order in May 2024 and still haven't received it as of December 2024. Customer service has been no help. I had been excited for my first order since a friend had been ordering from ******* for years and recommended them. Clearly they have now become an untrustworthy business. Avoid!

      My complaint is the same as the others. This was one of the best companies where you could purchase clothes and not see yourself. I have been trying to reach them by calling, emailing, and messages. How could a good company turn so bad? Will not call you back have not received my dress nor have I received a refund. This company *****.Never again will I purchase anything from this company even if it gets its reputation back.***** *.

      I ordered 4 dresses in April of 2024. I had ordered more than 10 dresses over the years from this company and never had an issue. I never got an update on my last order like usual. No shipping notice. Emailed in early June and didn't get a reply. Emailed again mid June and got a response there was a fabric quality issue and it held up production. Never got another response or email. Went to see if they were still open and operating today (December 2024) and log in to my account to see the status of the unfulfilled order as "Delivered." But when you click to open the order, it still shows the timeline of being in production and "cut and sewn." They not only took my money and never fulfilled the order, they covered their business failures by marking orders as Delivered that were never made. Too bad there's nothing more to do except warn other potential users on social media and sites like the BBB. RUN far far away from this site and the corrupt owners still posing as a credible business.

      Extremely disappointed. In the same boat as everyone else - order never received, refund never given, ignored by customer service. Truly a shame because as mentioned in other reviews, this used to be an extremely reliable place to get high quality clothes that fit perfectly.

      I'm here to join the club. I placed an order for a dress in April ($78.91). Have never seen the dress, requests for refunds ignored and phone number disconnected.Sad thing is, I have purchased many items from them and they were always well constructed and fit well. I liked them all very much.I am intrigued that their website is still active and advertising clothing.

      Same experience here. I ordered clothing, and never received the clothes or my requested refund. I just wanted to add that the company knew to keep making false promises just long enough for **************** not to protect me from fraudulent charges. It seems I had three months to make a complaint with my credit card company, and it was too late.
