            Dear BBB support team, I am very old trailed user and Today I saw that someone had accessed my email address, changed passwords and changed PayPal associated with my grailed account also username were changed they deleted all my listings which was on sale and I have sent a few reports on my account and than it was banned and I have finally restore access to my email but my account is frozen and I can't do anything. Could you help me to unlock my account.

            I wish I wouldve checked the reviews here before doing business with them. No help from the employees and dismissive. I shipped out a package 72$ to a buyer which I upfronted until the sell was complete. The buyer wasnt available and did not seem to give a legit address therefore the item was returned. After refunding the order, I asked Grailed for how much should be refunded excluding the shipping cost I paid. They told me and I did just that. I asked them when I would recieve my portion for the shipping and they said due to seller fees I wouldnt be getting it. How is seller fees the exact 72$ I paid? *** also provided a snapshot that showed 32$ for seller fees and they dismissed me. Now Im out 72$
