I wish I saw these reviews earlier. They claim they have buyer protection but its nonexistent. Received an item that was not as described and was told by their customer service that there was nothing they could do about it. Stay far away from GrailedReview from Albert S

I started selling on this app in 2016 with little to no issues until recently. I have perfect feedback and never had an issue on my end as a seller. Due to having 100% positive feedback and a vetted older account I would typically receive money in a timely manor. A recent sale has the money on hold until the item is delivered...? Why would Grailed go backwards and treat a good standing account like a brand new seller? On top of this, Grailed grossly overcharged for shipping and fees. They forced the buyer to pay $20 to ship an item that actually costs less than $10 to ship and included that in the fees they took from me. They added $20 to a $100 order and charged nearly $35 between shipping and fees. Approximately 35% in fees/shipping...All these online selling platforms seem to be increasing in greed year after year. I will taking all my listings off Grailed and avoiding buying anything on the platform from now on. Congratulations on running what was once a decent selling platform into the ground Grailed owners.Review from Jasmine J

I wish I wouldve checked the reviews here before doing business with them. No help from the employees and dismissive. I shipped out a package 72$ to a buyer which I upfronted until the sell was complete. The buyer wasnt available and did not seem to give a legit address therefore the item was returned. After refunding the order, I asked Grailed for how much should be refunded excluding the shipping cost I paid. They told me and I did just that. I asked them when I would recieve my portion for the shipping and they said due to seller fees I wouldnt be getting it. How is seller fees the exact 72$ I paid? *** also provided a snapshot that showed 32$ for seller fees and they dismissed me. Now Im out 72$Review from Jonah M

Been a long-time user of ************************* and when it first started, it changed the resale game for the better. Over time, however, it has gotten drastically worse to the point where I prefer not to use the website if I can. Every customer service interaction I have had has been terrible. Slow response times, very little being done about scammers, always pushing the issue off to PayPal, etc. The nail in the coffin is the most recent update to the shipping format. You can no longer ship items yourself and choose your own service. Every item is categorized into flat-rate shipping prices that are all incredibly overpriced and either you pay the fee or the buyer does... It's ridiculous and infuriating. Furthermore, they do not use a set mail carrier for shipment so I often will have to visit both **** and *** instead of just one. Grailed does not seem to value the sellers that make up the backbone of their business and moving forward I may stop using the website altogether. It's sad really.Review from Daniel D

I purchased an item ($400 track pants) from Grailed which the seller labeled as 'New' and they showed up severely damaged with stains and holes through out.I immediately reached out to Grailed and was told that the purchase would be protected under it's 'buyer protection.' Grailed communicated it would follow up with return instructions within 48-hours but never did. I'm at the 192-hour **** and have followed up multiple times through email but feel i'm being ghosted by Grailed's customer service team.I no longer trust buying on this platform, sellers and item descriptions are usually shady/misleading and the one time I need it's customer service to help it completely abandons me. I would give this a 0 star if I could. They took my money and sent me an item that was not what was described. They they sent a fake address for me to ship the item to via a shipping company that wants information I can't provide in order to get the item returned to me. The help desk at Grailed is giving me the run around. Such a frustrating experience. Do not purchase from this company. Never again.Review from david i

I have yet to be paid from one sale. I have reached out to them 3 times about a potential fraudulent sale. Fortunately I did not fall for it. I am most likely going to delete my account. Awful experience.Review from LA S

They sent the incorrect size - then refuse to exchange bc of the "unfair" feedback violating the *** Consumer Protection Laws. ************* Hi We do have size ***** 11, but I will have to check with the team if we can have any further transactions with you, because of the unfair feedback you have left on Grailed!
