    THEY DUPED ME FOR $470.40 AND ASKED ME TO DISMISS THE CREDIT CARD DISPUTE WITH MY BANK THEN ONLY THEY WILL REFUND AND NOW NOT EVEN REPLYING I HAVE PROOF OF 46 EMAIL EXCHANGES.

    On August 1, 2024, a customer placed an order with ********************** for a pair of shoes. The item was successfully delivered to the customer on August 9, 2024, with proof of delivery provided. On August 9, 2024 the customer claimed the item was never delivered, shortly after receiving an email stating her package was delivered. On September 9, 2024, the customer initiated a chargeback, claiming the reason for dispute was "product unacceptable." after claiming the item was never delivered. After a thorough review of the situation, including the submitted proof of delivery, La Bella Stella responded to the chargeback accordingly. The customers bank reviewed the evidence and sided with La Bella Stella, resulting in the funds being returned to ***** La Bella Stella, we remain committed to fair and transparent business practices and work diligently to resolve any customer concerns promptly. We appreciate the trust our customers place in us and encourage anyone with issues or inquiries to contact our customer service team directly for assistance. Confirmation (confirmation # redacted) was generated, and the order was placed on our Online Store. August 6, 2024: The order was fulfilled and shipped from our vendor, and a shipping confirmation email was sent to the customer. August 9, 2024: At 10:30 AM, a "Shipment Out for Delivery" email was sent to the customer. At 12:55 PM, a "Shipment Delivered" email was sent, confirming that the package had been delivered to the address provided: (address redacted)Customer Communication: Shortly after the delivery, we received a message from the customer stating: "MY PACKAGE IS NOT YET DELIVERED. IT IS EITHER NOT DELIVERED BECAUSE NOT SHOWING PROOF OR EITHER DELIVERED AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. THIS IS NONSENSE. I NEED MY REFUND BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE. I'M NOT PAYING FOR THIS. PLEASE SEND EITHER REFUND OR NEW PAIR. MY GIVEN ADDRESS WAS (address redacted)." Response to the Chargeback: The customers claim in the chargeback is listed as "Product Unacceptable." However, in their initial communication, they clearly stated that the package was either not delivered or delivered to the wrong address. This is a contradiction, as the primary issue raised was non-receipt, not dissatisfaction with the product. *** has provided a proof of delivery along with a photo of the package left at the customer's home, confirming that the shipment was successfully delivered to the address specified by the customer. Therefore, the claim that the package was not received is unfounded. If the customer indeed received the product and found it unacceptable, they should have contacted our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. However, no such request was made, and the customer only pursued a chargeback after delivery, which further suggests that the reason for the chargeback does not align with the actual circumstances. Conclusion: Based on the provided evidenceproof of delivery from ***, confirmation emails, and contradictory statements from the customerwe kindly request that this chargeback claim be denied. The product was delivered as promised, and the customers reason for the dispute appears to be an attempt to secure a refund while retaining the merchandise. I HAVE PROOF OF YOUR LYINGS AND MANY MORE AND YOU KNOW THE LOOPHOLES BY DELAYING *********** RESULTS WHERE AFTER CERTAIN TIMES EVEN CUSTOMERS BANKS WONT HELP THEM STOP LYING WE ALL CAN SEE YOUR ****** REVIEW AND REDDIT REVIEW AND AFTER I COMMENTED ON INSTAGRAM YOU HAVE BLOCKED ME AND SEVERAL OTHERS.
