      I contacted lejerrio jewelers in August as they were sending me out a ring I purchased. I kept emailing them and they asked if I received it yet and if I was happy. I informed them in October I didnt received anything. Then they informed me it was a problem on the shipping side. My ring was lost. Could they resend it. I said yes please. Its been 6 months Im waiting on this ring and have sent 27 emails to lejerrio customer service and now my emails are saying they are not being sent correctly, even though the other 27 were just fine. I checked my tracking number my ring is in **. They refuse to contact me back and actually send an unknown email saying error. I have been waiting 6 months for this ring and tracking it and told it was sent, shippped, lost shipped again and now the company is ignoring me. I have the tracking number and account #. I would like the ring I purchased sent to me please it has been over 6 months and I would like a person to return my emails and not ignore me now.

      I made a purchase from Lajerrio for a very special ring for my wife as a present for Christmas along with some earrings as well on November 29th. I have not received any tracking information, the customer service emails do not work as it sends back a postmaster not available return email and the website no longer works. I would like the products I paid for sent to me expeditiously or give me my refund back right away. This is not the way to do business.

      I ordered from the Lajerrio website a ring that cost $114.95 on November 29th 2023. I got an order confirmation and an order number from the website. The website said that the ring would be delivered within **** business days. I havent had any update on if my order was shipped and when I go to check the website looking for an update the website dose not come up like the company shut down there website. I attempted to email the company and got no response and am not able to find a customer service number. Also on the website it originally had social media platforms on instagram and it showed that the instagram page has no activity. It looks like this company possibly shut down or was a scam. I have no way to get in touch with the company for a update or reimbursement.

      I ordered two rings from Lajerrio, received an email showing order number, they took my money and have not received or heard from them! I have tried emailing them to the service email they provide and shows email cannot be sent! I want my money back! They took 79.69$ from me and I believe stole from me!

      I purchased a couple pieces of jewelry on Nov 21, 2023. I received notification that a label was created for shipping on 12/1/23. I have tried daily to contact Lajerrio and the website no longer works. I then received a tracking number which took 12 days to actually get picked up by ***** I've been following the tracking and nothing has arrived. These 2 pieces were very important to me. I would like Lajerrio to contact me and make it right by getting me the jewelry I ordered.

I bought from you guys before with no issues and now I'm starting to wonder and have questions. I paid $159.00 for my order.       I placed an order with this company and canceled it. I got a credit from my bank while waiting on my refund. I never received a refund although they sent me an email showing a refund. I contacted my bank and as I thought, no refund ever came from them. If Im not going to get a refund I at least want the product.

      I made this purchase on January 27th. It has a month and I havent received this purchase. I have sent many messages to customer service with 1 response today which contains a tracking number for shipping that I already had. When I track the shipment it has been in transit for 12 days but hasnt moved in 6 days now. **************** wont answer my questions. I would like a refund so I can purchase this engagement ring from another company at this point. It dont look like Im going to get this order if it isnt moving at all now and I cant get any answers from customer service. Order number is ******************.

      I placed an order now a month ago with no action of delivery or updates. Order #****************** They kept saying give us a few days twice. Then, they offered me a refund of $10 for an item and delivery I spent totaling $38.75. I told them absolutely not, why are they stealing money from me? I want a total refund for the entire order you never sent me. I have emails and screen shots to prove.
