I placed an order with this company back on January 31st, 9.1 radiant cut garnet ******** 925 sterling silver 3 stone ring. Paid $95.16. I keep reaching out for status with no response. The only way to contact is via chat. No response, after 4 attempts. I'm starting to think I was scammed. The order number is ******************. I would really appreciate a response or a refund. on 9/14/2021 i ordered a ring from Lajerrio Jewelers and paid 25.00 for 3 day shipping. The following day i requested a full refund and canceled this order.because they sent me an email telling me my order will be delivered in 6 to 9 business days. I paid for 3 day shipping so they lie on their website saying to pay for 3 day shipping knowing it will be longer than 3 days to get it. That is considered stealing and I do not do business with people like that. They are refusing to cancel this order. I have reported them to mo attorney general and the FTC. I paid 124.95 and 25.00 for the 3 day shipping 4 days ago. They are suspended on twitter and they changed the username to commit fraud and get back on twitter. they are thieves and should be reported and shut down.Customer response
