      ON 1/3/23, I PURCHASED 2 GOLD/SILVER ENGRAVED WEDDING BANDS FROM LAJERRIO. I FOLLOWED THE TRACKING DAILY. IT SAID IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED ON 1/21/23 @11:47. I CHECKED MY MAIL ON 1/22/23 AND THERE WAS NO PACKAGE. I CALLED THE POST OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH A POSTAL WORKER WHO COULD NOT TRACK THE PACKAGE OR LOOK IT UP SINCE THE NUMBER CAME FROM OVERSEAS. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO LAJERRIO AND THEY TOLD ME TO DO WHAT I ALREADY DID. I DID FIND A TRACKING NUMBER FROM PITNEY BOWS AND WHEN I PULLED THAT UP, IT TOO SHOWS DELIVERED TO ********* BUT DOESN'T SAY WHERE. I DON'T SEE MY APT NUMBER ON THE ADDRESS INFORMATION I ENTERED ON LINE, SO THEN WHERE WAS IT DELIVERED TO? THEY AREN'T HELPFUL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I DIDN'T GET WHAT I ORDERED. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS OR TO WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED.

      I was sold a white sapphire but when it arrived, I took it to my jeweler who told me it wasn't a white sapphire. Trying to get in touch with the company but they won't respond.

      On November 16, 2022, I purchased a ring for $124.00. I paid for expedited shipping. Today is December 17 and I have not received it. The website shows "shipped" however there is no tracking number. I have not gotten a response to any of my emails inquiring about the status of my order. There is no phone number to contact them. At this point, I want a refund.

      I ordered what i thought was an engagement ring and when I received the ring, it looked nothing like the picture on the site. The customer rep said I can send the product to ***** when I see theyre located in **. It will cost me almost what I paid for the ring to ship back. Ive read numerous of comments that theyre a scam. I would like a full refund back. If they send me a label, Ill be more than happy to send the item back.

      I purchased a peridot ring from Lajerrio online on 9/3/2022. I received the ring on 9/28/2022 and unfortunately, the stone was yellow, not green. I emailed the vendor immediately and included pictures of the ring I received. They responded a day later and apologized and offered me a 40% off coupon for my next purchase. As if I'd be so stupid to plan on purchasing from them ever again!! I declined the offer and again asked for a refund or exchange. They did not respond. It took 3 additional attempts for them to respond late on 10/5/2022 and told me I could return the ring, but that "due to the severity of the global epidemic, the timing of the return is uncertain"...WTH?!?! They also told me I was responsible for all shipping cost, and stated that "although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original cost." It is not my fault that THEY sent the wrong ring. In their email, they also stated to apply for a refund within ONE WEEK of receiving the item (which I did) otherwise they will not accept the request. Yet their website clearly states "30 Days Return/Exchange Policy". Shady stuff. Buyer beware!!!

      Purchased a ring for $124.95 When I attempted to return ring, I was told I could not because I had it engraved, therefore there are no refunds.Upon my receipt, it can ****** show I never requested and engravement, nor did I pay for any engravment. Now they refuse to return ring which is a scam because they were at fault and engraved it without my permission/request, as shown on receipt

      Ordered a ring, was not the description I thought it would be, requested a refund (within the given time period) They said I cannot return due to engraving, I replied I never had any engravement made, nor did I pay the extra fee for engraging and I simply want a refund and return. They countered with "Check the engraving, it can be very small" I then sent them pics of the ring proving there was no engraging. Their response was "We can credit you the price of the $15 engraving only"/When I replied that I can tell they were just trying for me to have the ring in my possession for the 30 days so no returns are possible, I never heard from them again. They are full of **** and playing games, I spent over $100 and cannot get a refund.
