I ordered five pairs of shorts on 7/9/23. My order confirmation states they would ship in 1-3 weeks. On 7/16/23 I realized I had ordered the incorrect size ( size chart not consistent with US sizes). I requested a cancellation of my order due to this. If I had changed my order (not that it was an option, since I have not been contacted) it would not arrive in time for my vacation. I received a automated reply on 7/16 requesting the order number. The order number is in the subject line. I replied back stating this and put the number in the body of the email. I have sent follow up emails on 7/19 and 7/25 in the same email chain.Their automated reply stated they will reply in 1-2 business days. I received another automated reply that was a regurgitation of the first, asking for the order number. I have no faith in this company or my order, that they already received payment for. I need to cancel my order as requested. I at least need a reply back knowing they are willing to work with me.Initial Complaint

I purchased pants from this company on June 18, 2023. The pants arrived on around July 8, 2023. The pants did not fit and I sought to return them pursuant to the policy on the website. On the website, you are supposed to reach out for a shiping label to process a return. However, after trying to call and email multiple times, no one has responded to me to process the return. There is no way for me to receive a refund, and I believe the businsess may be fraudulent. *************************************************************** Order Number: ******. I ordered 3 articles of clothing from this company on June 5 2023 totaling $118.93. After a few weeks, I received my pants in the mail they didnt fit at all, they were way too small which was extremely disappointing. After reviewing the companies website, I contacted them through email on four different occasions and as of yet I have not gotten a response. I purchased 3 pair of pants to try knowing I would at least return one due to the company stating they do returns so I knew I could try different colors without risk. I ordered these in May order #******. I have contacted them several times a week since my order arrived per the return guidelines with no response to date. I have request a return every time. I ordered 2 pair of twill shorts on May 18th, 2023 paying extra for expedited shipping. ***** tracking: ************* *nd order #: *******I tracked the long process of shipping from store to China post on May 26, 2023. It left ***** and arrived in ***********, ********** on June 9, 2023. There the tracking stops and I haven't received my order.I have emailed the business 3 times and get an automatic response stating I will be contacted in 2-3 business day and never have been-it's been 7 days. I have tried calling the business phone number but it isn't in service. I also have tried reaching out to their sister company, My Comfy Shorts and their number also is not in service.I expect to be completely refunded for items and expedited shipping I paid for and never received!Customer Answer
