      ****** has not taken responsibility for an item i did not receive in August 2024. Purchased multiple items.The day I received an email with notification item had been delivered. I reached out to NY&Co. to let them know 1 item was not delivered. There has been no solution nor refund. It has been 5 months.

      I use to love this retailer as well. O bought a dress and when they delivered it, it was the incorrect order, wrong size and wrong dress. It was totally opposite from what o order. I tried to connect with them on serval occasions to get a return label for a refund. I keep getting the run around. I ordered it in late November received it December and I’m still waiting to rerun the incorrect product. They have my money but I keep waiting for them to get back with me with on a resolution. I took pictures of the incorrect dress, the label, my receipt and sent it to them. I will never order from this company again.

      I ordered a skirt online and they sent the wrong item and not even in my size small dress I’ve been trying to get this resolved since the beginning of December, I decided to just reorder the item and I be darn if they didn’t do the same thing. Calling them is a joke because it goes straight to voicemail and email is no better,

      I used to love this retailer so much when they had a physical store. I so think they are scammers. I placed an order February 24 with 3 items. I auto filled the wrong city but with the correct zip code. I received one item but 2 were returned stating incorrect city or zip. I emailed so many times for my refund and here I am waiting 10 months later. Hopefully they will file bankruptcy because that ***** will get them. If they are reading this my order number is N3451640. I WANT MY MONEY. TIMES ARE HARD AND PEOPLE WORK TOO HARD FOR THEIR MONEY FOR CROOKED NY&CO TO STEAL IT.

      I REALLY wish that I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. I placed my order, never received confirmation of when it would be delivered. Then I get an alert stating that it's been delivered, only to find out that the UPS driver took a picture of it in front of my house, then stole it!I have reached out to everyone with no help. I asked NY&C if they could please resend the package ( I didn't ask for a refund), I asked to have my package resent but this time with a signature required and they told me that the case has been closed and that I received the package. I truly feel violated, the UPS driver stole my clothes, and now I'm out of money because NY&C won't do the honorable thing and resend the package. I would have understood had I asked for a refund, but to ask for the exact, same order, only with a signature. If this was a company that cared about it's customers, they would have apologized for my trouble and resent it. And as far as calling and speaking with someone, IMPOSSIABLE!!! How do you not have a customer service line, only email where they keep brushing you off. Needless to say, this scam of a company will never, ever catch me on their website ever again! From the post that I've read, it doesn't seem like they will be in business too much longer... hopefully!

      I made a purchase online at this retailer. Not only need I not receive all my items but I also did not receive a refund even though I submitted picture evidence of the packages and they way they were shipped. Dont ever buy anything from this company. They have no way to contact customer service other than email and when you send an inquiry you get a canned message back every time. This is a scam to take your money!

      Their customer service is awful. They do not answer the phone, do not response to email or text like they encourage for communication. I received the wrong product in my order I cant get a hold of of a human that can assist me with an exchange or return. I have attempted to email them over 10 times, I call regularly and still nothing. But they wont return my money.

      NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!THEE WORST!!! I ordered 3 dresses on 8/29 and was promised a 2 week delivery window.The order just came today ----> 9/26!!Then, after waiting well over the reasonable time for the merchandise: the dresses were CHEAP, ILL FITTING, & HIDEOUS! Absolutely NOTHING like the advertisement. One of the dresses was the wrong size entirely.A complete and utter waste of $86.They are all Final Sale items so of course you know New York and Company will love to use that as an excuse for why they will not attempt to make good and redeem any part of the transaction back to me.They just lost a customer for good. I will NEVER shop ****************** ever ************ learned!

      NY & Company is no longer run or owned by anyone who build the brand and saw it thrive. Once the Pandemic hit in 2020, cashflow dropped to zero and the core company went bankrupt and was liquidated only for the ecom business to be bought by the ****** Group who could not maintain the prior manufacturers, designers or sales channels. This is not the company you wished it was and you should consider looking elsewhere for casual or workwear.

      I placed an order on 8/24 for 5 items and I only received 4 items. I emailed customer service regarding the missing item and their only response was that my order was fulfilled. I tried calling customer service only to get voicemail with no return call and response to my email. I used to hold this company in high regards but I will not pay for anything I didnt receive. They have become the absolute worst company to deal with and will close my account!!!
