      Company never shipped item. Just label Printed does not answer customer service phone line and sent one email response that they would contact the warehouse and then ghosted me. Apparently this is an ongoing theme this company has been pulling. I want my money back!

      I have 2 orders with NY and Co. Order number ******* placed on 7/3/2024 and order number ******* placed on 7/1/2024. Both orders were sent to *** on 7/9/2024 and *** is still does not have the orders. I have email ******************************* and I have called **************. You can never get anyone on the phone. And the email response I got was a generic email stating they were looking into the issue and they are sorry for the delay.

      I made an order 5/3/24 with many items. One of the dresses was supposed to have a belt and it did not come with it once delivered. I cannot wear since it has loops on the waist and looks incomplete without the belt that comes with it. Also I never received the following items: Mid Rise Bootcut Yoga Pant. I have emailed the generic ******************************* 6 times in the past month to resolve this and called the customer service hotline twice and left voicemails with no return call.

      I ordered an outfit on April 19, 2024, and I received it at the end of April, 2024. The outfit was a bit big, so I asked to exchange it. The item was out, so they said they would refund me after they received the item back. I tried to send it back to them at the beginning of May, 2024, however, I was unable to get a return label from NY&C. After a week of asking for a label to return it, I finally got the label on 5-14-24. The outfit was delivered and signed for 5-17-24 at 11:45 a.m. I have been following up for a refund since May 17th. It has been over a month, and no refund, and no one is returning my requests for a refund.

      I have on numerous occasions since February reached out to the company directly via email, tried to put a claim through the credit card company and no support. The items were returned with receipt of being received in February 6th for order number ********. I still have not received the credit and the interest for this charge being still on my credit card. I can submit tracking screenshots etc if needed. I would like the interest for the delays on this amount still being on my credit card refunded as well.

      Order # ******** I ordered several items from New York and Company on June 2,2024. When I received my order on June 14,2024,there were several items damaged. I immediately contacted New York and Company several times via phone several days in a row...I received no answer each time I called and was sent to a voicemail. I left several messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I then sent an email on June 14th in hopes of someone reaching out to me to resolve this issue. I received one email on June 17th asking me to send pictures and that after they were received,they would resolve the issue. However, New York and Company did not contact me again. I sent two emails requesting someone contact me to resolve this issue,but to no avail. No one has contacted me. I would like my money back immediately!

      I believe New York & Company the clothing retailer went out of business and failed to fulfill my order. Yet, they continue to send emails and promotions as if they are doing business as useful. I have left numerous phone messages. The email address on the website is not valid. I never got my merchandise or a refund. Please warn consumers about this scam and fraud.

I have emailed NY&C but keep getting the same generic email and now no response at all (see attachment). ******* created a label on 5/31/2024, *** has not received the package yet tracking ******************. I would like to receive my order or get a full refund if they are not able to send me the order.

      I placed order with NY & Company May 27th 2024 in the amount of $162.63 Order ******** to purchase 8 pair of pants. I received a confirmation stating that a *** label tracking ****************** was created , but has never shipped from NY & Company. I've reached out to them over ten times by e-mail and only received generic e-mails that offer no resolution, but only apologies. I have not received a call , nor can I reach anyone on the 800 number given by the live agent in the credit card department. I want a refund.

      I placed and order with New York and Company on November 28th of 2023. On December 30, I returned about half of the items via mail. When I didn't receive a refund after a couple of weeks, I reached out to the company multiple times via email. I am unable to call because the only phone number on the website is for their credit card. I received a couple conflicting emails from their customer service.One email told me to allow FORTY days to receive my refund, which I waited.Another told me that they'd received a dispute from my credit card company, several weeks before I disputed the charge (which indicates to me that the issues are widespread). Another email I received told me to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on my card. It has now been over 5 months and I have not received my refund.I returned the merchandise to the post office, following all of the prescribed procedures. The package was never returned to me, even though I provided a return address in case there were any issues. I did everything I was supposed to do and have gone to great lengths to try to get my money back, but it appears they are not going to refund my ******.
