    Hi, I purchased a Gold Anklet and it did not end up being as sturdy enough to wear. I returned the item within a timely manner, and made aware to Oradina that the return was not given to my account as it was an international card and I would prefer store credit. Since then even while giving proof that the money was returned back to them, I have not received the store credit. This is completely unfair.

    A set of gold earrings was ordered and paid for in the amount of $188 in an online transaction from Oradina. Order number **********. *********** mailed the earrings by the **** but the address given had one number that was wrong so the package was not delivered but was returned to the company by the postal system. However, the package was lost by the **** once it reached ********. It was not delivered to the company.. *********** informed me that I need to track the package, tracking number **********************, but there has been no discovery of the package by the postal system. The missing mail search ID is MRC ************ and still is not found.I would like to receive the money back since the order was never received. But I have requested this, and the company will not respond to my request. They have offered to send a voucher to get more jewelry, but I do not trust this company to be honest and would like to receive the money back.

    Set of two row diamond huggie earrings was purchased December 2023. The clasp on one of the earrings broke about 4 months later. The company advertises a 2 year warranty. I've reached out via email, through the website chat bot and through social media and the company does not respond.

    Hello BBB,I placed an order, ORD-******, with Oradina on 3/29 which was delivered 4/3. I returned the order immediately as I did not like the look of the product. On 4/12 I received an email stating the return was received and to wait up to 7 days for their team to process my refund. I have yet to receive any updates from them. I have sent 3 emails to Oradina asking for an update but I havent gotten a reply on any of the occasions. The fact that they are making me wait this length of time to process a return and wont respond to any emails is outrageous.I would like to understand what is the delay and get my money back!Sincerely,*******

    ORDER ORD-****** placed April 12, 2024;************* provides no service to this phone number;******************************* provides no reply to emails sent;The item ordered was on point and satisfactory. However, the over reaching choice to ship the pkg under highly restrictive guidelines caused severe challenges and removed my rights for proper accommodation under Americans with Disabilities. My *** My Choice account is flagged for NO use of an Access Point to drop pkgs for any reason. This retailer, without express permission and without documented shipping practices to purchasers or through website violated my rights to ensure I was afforded the ability to receive my purchase within guidelines I setup with *** directly. On day of delivery, I was home the entire day, yet *** driver suggests no one home and then *** stated Per Oradina was not allowed to return a second attempt for delivery. I find their T&C to be completely lacking of true respect as their written concern for the challenged community is clearly talk and not acted upon in business practices with serious intent.From T&C: Oradina is committed to making our Site and Content accessible and user friendly to everyone.     I have been contacted by the business and find *** pointing to Oradina and Oradina pointing to *** to leave no possible resolution.   Neither party is willing to accept responsibility for the challenges placed on my purchase which should have been delivered with accommodations previously applied to my own *** delivery settings and conditions.  In review the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, offer  no circumstance for this matter to be resolved. Therefore, please close this dispute at this time.

    This was a near thousand dollar purchase as gifts for grandmothers and little sister. One grandmother has died in the time I've spent writing, waiting, calling, ******** messaging, waiting, and writing more, to Oradina's small few operating folks. She's gone. And I never gave the gift to her, because I was stonewalled by these rich and overtly nonchalant souls, while ***** dollars I should have instead sent my grandmothers in cash for medicine or tax payments instead of invisible jewelry promises (promises that turn into silence are seen and known as lies, and my grandmother in *********** can probably see me writing this, right now. If she can't, God can, and does. That is a fact, not an illusion, however illusory and absolutely hatchet-jobbed the body of religious knowledge is. God isn't part of that pretend lie, and does see and know all of everything done, thought, and felt. All of it. Bottom line.) When I placed my order, I was told to do so, by a girl at Oradina. I was told to do it asap, because the prices were going to be hiked up in a matter of days. I followed that ***** advice, based on the reassurance that the website's sizes offered were not as I believed I would need for the jewelry gifts to fit my grandmothers, who have each, at 89 years old at the time, never owned a piece of gold in their lives. I only have a tiny necklace of gold, over a 35 year lifetime. This was a leap of faith and financial investment. I never heard from the folks at Oradina once I placed my order. They sent out all the wrong sizes. One of the rings is also hollow but lists as solid; I don't want to hear anything to the contrary. I work partially in a physics department and we have machinery that proves it. I've been so patient, and so trusting, and met with silence, which is horseshit and socially abusive, and anyone who isn't a sociopath knows that without hesitation. That is so sad, how all of this happened. And at times I'm able to leave a voicemail. Other times, allows not.

    I returned my order over 2 weeks ago. They confirmed they received my return and that it would take only 1-2 days to send me my refund. I have tried emailing them multiple times and calling them to see why there hasnt been a refund issued or any update since. Purchase was for $500. My order number is *********.

    I paid over thirty dollars for a pair of gold earrings I never received. I reached out to customer service after the company claimed they were delivered. They asked me to wait until it had been a week and said replacement would be sent but it never was. They have stopped responding to me altogether. Hoping to get my money back through PayPal :(

    I purchased a gold ring from this ring and upon receiving it, I realized the quality was poor. I tried to put it on my finger and the middle mesh caved in and caused a dent. The company refused a refund and asked me to do an exchange rather. I attempted to do the exchange and I had limited choices of what I want. At this point, I want a refund.

    I returned a 14kt gold star ring to Oradina that I purchased thru 4 payment plan thru Klarna the ring was sent to me damaged w scratches Oradina wont return my phone calls but sent me an email saying they received it They are trying to make me pay for it in full I paid ****** and they owe me a this refund they told ****** I owe them ****** yet and wont return my ****** to me and say they gave me a store credit I dont have or want a store credit or want one they have a 30 day return policy which I sent back within that time frame and it was damaged sent to me. I dont want any merchandise from this company they have there product back I want my money and am not paying them more money for something they have back they are trying to illegal get money from me to spend at there store against there 30 day return policy and it was sent damaged to me
