    This company is a horror story! Purchased Cabaret Layered necklace a year ago. It came boxed broken in 3 places. I contacted the company the only way I could (via emai). They wanted pictures! I obliged. They said they would replace it, but I had to pay shipping and insurance! ??. Exactly a year later the necklace which is by the way extremely flimsy but pretty broke apart in one wearing.I contacted them again through email as there is no phone number and nobody will call you even if you provide them with contact information. They wanted pictures again and said they could do nothing since they replaced it once! I was so angry! I reminded them that it came broken the first time and is horrible business practice! They then looked into it and answered me via email and said that I should pick something else as it hasnt worked out and they would help me pick something. I wanted my money back seeing the thin and fragile quality of their merchandise.They said only give store credit. So I am in this endless loop of having to pick another crappy item, pay shipping and additional money as their prices on items are higher due to inflation.BUYERS BEWARE!!! You will never get your money back or be satisfied with the merchandise. Its flimsy, machine pressed gold. DONT DO IT!!!!

    Oradina is a scam.Oradina sent me a $320 necklace that was broken on arrival. The clasp would not stay closed--it just kept flopping open and the trigger for the clasp was clearly loose in the track, so obviously the necklace was not wearable. I reached out to clarify the return process and received a reply several days later, only after I followed up. They stated that they would be able to replace the broken necklace under the warranty, but would not be able to issue a refund because they do not accept returns of broken or damaged jewelry. Their return policy states: "What is your return/exchange policy? Enjoy free extended 45-day holiday returns & exchanges. All return orders shipped within ***************** will receive complimentary shipping.Please note, we will not accept broken or damaged jewelry." I think most people when reading their policy would assume that it applies if you were the one who broke it--if you broke it, sure, maybe you bear some fault such that, barring the product itself being defective, you shouldn't be allowed to just return for a full refund. But in what world could one imagine that it also applies if THE COMPANY ITSELF sent you a defective product? They accept returns for essentially anything else, but they can just refuse to accept a return and issue you a refund if THEY sent you a clearly defective product that simply isn't usable? Their policy as they apply it means they can completely avoid needing to accept returns and issuing refunds from any customer, as long as they just send out a broken product to begin with. I've never encountered such a twisted business practice before. Oradina's deception combined with the poor craftsmanship of the necklace makes me doubt how ethical this company really is. They don't stand by or care about the quality of their product, and they seem to only care about the customer to the extent they can get money out of them.You can report deceptive business practices to the ****

    I placed a large order of three necklaces and an extender totaling about 600 dollars. One of the chains broke within two weeks. **************** was quick to respond however, upon receiving my broken chain, customer service has absolutely ghosted me. A month later, I dont have a replacement chain. The necklace cost me 200 dollars, now all I have is a charm. Not sure why customer service cant communicate with me or send me my replacement chain. They see my messages to and ignore me. Ive been patient up until this point a month later. Now this is ridiculous.

    Hi *****, it looks like we provided you with a return label so we can provide you with a replacement under your warranty. We received the chain, however the pendant was not included in the return. We proceeded with sending you a replacement package with just a replacement chain and sent you an email with new shipment tracking information on 11/6.     Ordered a bracelet. The package came torn up, taped terribly. Inside were two thin rings outside of an oradina box. I let oradina know I did not receive the right order and sent the rings back. They said they weren't theirs and that I must have ordered them somewhere else. They then ghosted me after I said that is what we received and refused to return any emails when I requested a refund. Had to get refunded through my bank.

    This ring bent multiple times right away. Looked great at ************ thin quality and hollow, which they dont disclose in the description. Very disappointed.

    I love these earrings! I haven't taken them off since they arrived. Delivery was smooth and prompt, with good communication and follow up. I will definitely order from Oradina again.

    I like that the earrings have a feel and look of expensive gold. However, Im used to larger hoops. I plan on keeping them as they are a nice casual addition to my wardrobe.
