    I have tried and tried to reason with Skyn Iceland regarding their Antidote in the pump bottle. I have been sitting here with 2 brand new in box bottles that I am unable to use because the pump does not work. I have tried to no avail to get them to send me new pumps so I can use my bottles. They said they can't. I was told they had faulty pumps, but what they sent me was a new batch. Clearly, they are not. They have the same expiration date and do not work. It seems to me their products have gone downhill as of late. I also received jars of their Nordic Peel Pads that were dry, gray and ashy. I was afraid to use them.I love their products, but are quickly realizing something is wrong with the company I loved so well.I eveh suggested I send the 2 bottles back for replacement so they could check into the defective pumps. Said they couldn't.I have been using their products for a number of years, but I feel I can no longer trust them.

    Transaction date: 11/8/22 Complaint: I placed an order and upon receiving my order one of the items was missing. I was charged for the item that was missing and have not received the missing product or a refund.Item/Cost: The item missing is the Glaciacl Face Wash which costs $30 at full retail.Total Order Cost/Amount Paid: $99.20 Order Number: #*****-S Attempted communication: I contacted Skyn Iceland via their customer service email 5 separate times. Only one of the emails was replied to and the issue has yet to be resolved. I have also reached out on social media and have yet to receive a response.Business Response: In one of the emails, customer service stated they would replace the missing item. I never received tracking information or the item itself. When I contacted customer service again, they never responded.Supporting Documents: I have included screen shots of each email and response, along with the initial order, and the order packing sheet of items received.

    On December 1st I placed an order #*****-S with Skyn Iceland for 3 products to be sent as Christmas gifts. 2 packs of Glacial Cleansing cloths, and 1 Facial cleansing cream. The order was delivered on 12/8/2022 and it was missing the two Glacial Cleansing cloths. I sent an email to the company and received a response that it would be **** days until someone responded to me. I did not receive a response and sent another email in January 2023. I still to date have not received a response from the company and there are no customer service phone numbers that I can find on their website.

    Placed the order on 02/18/22, directly on their website.Charged $62.00 total on my CC. $18 was delivered correctly; $44 needs refunded.Ordered a qty of 2 Blemish Dots. Size stated on site "4 sheets,12 dots each". I received 2 sheets and I should have received 8.Only correspondence option from the company is via email. First email I sent was on 02/20/22, the day I opened the package. The auto response from Skyn Iceland states to wait **** business days to hear back- I never received a response. Second email, I sent on 03/05/22; again, no response. I have checked my junk/spam Order # *****-S ***** Tracking # ************ Customer ID # *************
