This company is an absolute scam. I placed an order for the customized music fridge magnet on 1/31/25 with shipping insurance included ($3.59), spending a total of $34.92. They claimed my order would be delivered before Valentines Day, the 12th to be exact. Then, as it got closer to Valentines Day, they changed the delivery date to the 16th which was a bummer because I really wanted to gift it to my husband on Valentines Day. Now, its February 18th and the last known tracking information says it arrived in a ******* sorting facility on the 15th. They have provided no further estimated delivery date, and the tracking website is incredibly inaccurate. Do NOT waste your money on this website. I just submitted an order for a customized fridge magnet! I believed this business was reliable and i just wanted to buy something special for my S/O since its Valentines soon! Now im really regretting buying from this company especially after seeing so many bad reviews.(on the website they all looked very good) I would really like a refund from them, but i dont even have a tracking number yet! I emailed but, from what ive seen, i dont think emailing will do me any justice. I would really like some reassurance that i can get my money back without being scammed by them. 1 starI was in the process of paying for a custom music fridge magnet when I realized that the math seemed wrong. How much tax was there? Well there was another fee, ****************** for $3.99. In order to delete it I had to go back but when you delete it and go to checkout its right back in the cart. There is no way to remove it for real. So I closed the website and ordered on ****. 1 starI ordered a personalized family tree from them as a Christmas present for my grandmother. It arrived with being poorly made and the green paint was all messed up. It was missing in so many spots. They claimed they would resend it and it would be good if I just give them a chance to fix the mistake. The new one comes, its even worse than the first one. I cant consciously give my grandmother this eye sore. They have POOR customer service. Want to charge 30% as a restock fee to return the order ontop of them already charging an extra $7 when I placed my order that it did not give me the option to remove because it doesnt tell you about the charge until after you place the order. I ordered a customize men's bracelet for Father's **** I also added to my purchase a small velvet gift bag for an additional $ ****. After receiving my order I wanted to place the gift box inside of the bag I purchased only to find the bag is too small for the box to fit. I reached out to the merchant regarding this matter and I was told, I would have to cover the cost to ship it back and I would only receive $4.00 back and they suggested I keep an item I can't use. This is poor customer service and after reading the comments they are scammers as well. This online business needs to be shut down due to multiple complaints and no solutions when it comes to customers spending their hard earned good money on products they are not able to use. This is beyond ridiculous. I want my money back and at this point they can have the item back as well, I would rather run in target for better customer satisfaction than this.Soufeel Jewelry Limited

1 starI ordered a bobblehead from this company. They sent me one with the wrong hair color. I asked them to refund my money. They said they will charge me a small fee and remake my bobblehead. I said ok fine. Sent me another bobblehead totally different. They will not refund me my money and said that items come out different sometimes. If you are going to ask for a picture it should look something like the picture right? Same colors? Same look? Not totally different! 1 starOrdered a custom mug and it didnt turn out how I expected. I contacted customer support and they told me you must have ignored the rendering which was pretty rude. I spent a lot of time making a design and making sure it was exactly how I wanted. It was not my error but an error that the company made or an error with their design interface. After several email exchanges they finally offered a replacement mug at 30% of cost + shipping. I was going to take the offer but then they told me they could not make a mug with 2 pictures. I only had 1 picture but expected it would be stretched so that each side of the mug would be different parts of image. I lost hope dealing with them and ended up going to another online retailer that could make the mug I wanted. I emailed Soufeel and asked again for a refund but they only offered me 10% which is a few dollars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this retailer.Review fromRita B
