i received an order that i am trying to return due to ******. I am unable to reach anyone to be able to return this for a refund. when you call the # there is a recording saying to use online chat or social media. I tried the online chat at several different times and it states that the business is close and you get a "bot". how does a business do this to people? so does this mean i out about $100 that was spent!!!!Review from Stephanie L

******** customer service! Out of 6 shirts, 4 were of poor quality (holes, stains, bad image transfer) and only 1 was replaced. I still have 3 shirts that I can't wear, yet paid for and they are no longer responding to ANY of my messages. I'm on email number 7 and getting nowhere. Stay away from this company! Don't waste your money! I wish there was a place to upload pictures of the shirts, unbelievable how they sent these out like this!Review from Jenny H

******* customer service. I had an issue with the printing on one of my shirts (it was fuzzy), and they processed a replacement promptly. What I was blown away by is that I ordered a couple of shirts for a friend and they were too small. They sent me a bigger size right away. I have already placed a second order and will continue to order with confidence that any issues will be resolved quickly and effectively.Review from Katie W

amazing customer service. i ordered 6 * sized shirts. i wear X* or * depending on the shirt. when i received the shirts i found that the t shirts they used were a little narrower than the * size shirts i had been buying from ****** and other stores. I emailed them to see if i could exchange them for X* shirts and not only did they say i could, they told me there was no need to send the * shirts back, they just put in another order for me for 6 X* shirts and they must have put a rush order on it because i had them by the end of that week.Review from Allison R

I purchased an item on this site. Waited for it. Never received a confirmation email for tracking on any item I purchased from here. I never received the package. I reached out to see what was up and I have still never received a thing. No email no package. Took my money it has never been returned either. I gave recently went to another site to see what's up. So far, nothing. I don't know if the two are connected but I have my doubts on this.Review from Tom H

Business is engaging in fraud. I ordered two items. They provided only one. They have openly lied to PayPal about this too. The business was given multiple chances to come clean, fix this, and apologize. They refused to do anything of these things. Do not order from these people. They'll lie to you and drag everything out as much as possible. If you are a victim like me, contact your bank or PayPal, contact your local police, and contact the BBB so that this finally stops.Review from Kennedy J

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered a hat, when it arrived the quality was very poor and i had emailed them, and contacted them on Instagram. Both which are the recommended form of contact. Never received a reply on Instagram. And received what looked like a robot saying Oh yes we can get u a refund then after sending multiple emails back they had completely ignored me after that. Never did get my refund. Dont waste your time or money. They clearly cant spare theirs
