      On July 24 I ordered a size XL tee shirt and I paid $ ***** and on a separate occasion on July 29 I ordered another tee shirt. I looked on my bank account online and both of the orders have the same order number. I no longer have confidence in this company. I feel like they're trying to take my money for nothing in return. I would like my money back. And I would like that they never do this to anyone else.

      On July 15th 2024 I ordered two t-shirts off of the website , coming to a total of $53.99 CAD, on both my bill and my invoice I was quoted the same $53.99 in Canadian dollars ( CAD) when I was billed to my account I was charged $ ***** CAD, I inquired about this through the website and they inform me that everything was labeled in US Dollars (which it was not.) Being told one amount and being charged another is illegal for a business. Please apprise them of this. I simply want to be charged the amount quoted for an advertised product. Thank you

      I purchased an item which was not delivered. Mail tracking states it was delivered to the requested address but it was not delivered to that address. I used the support methods provided to contact the company for a remedy, either replacement product or tracking or refund but no one is responding. I spent 30 dollars and received nothing.

      Purchased a t-shirt for my husband for Father's **** I measured my husband according to their chart. I also measured a t-shirt of his and according to their chart, the t-shirt should have fit. It is too small. In fact it is about an inch shorter on each side compared to the t-shirt my husband has. I contacted TeePublic and, at first, they were very responsive. They told me to measure using their chart. I let them know that I had already done that. I have not heard from them since. They were going to do an exchange but at this point I would just like a refund.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with TEEPUBLIC. They have closed my account without providing any explanation and have withheld the money I earned. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service team via social media, their website, and email, I have received no response. The lack of communication and support is appalling. Furthermore, their profit margins are unfair, taking more than what creators make on the shirts. I will never use this site again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

      I ordered a tshirt on June 4th and seven days later I received a package with a completely different shirt. Another one entirely. Im talking different model, size, color, print, style, everything. The packing slip seems to show the correct info about what I ordered but the actual product is nothing like the description on it.       I used this website to purchase some shirts before. Tried to delete my account before. Was led to believe it was a permanent deletion. In their own words, they admitted that my account is actually still there in their servers. No, not even with just my email address so that I can't sign up with the same account again, but completely reactivatable. Please tell TeePublic to completely wipe all my data and my billing info.

      This business is promoting antisemitism. Theyre promoting shirts with Palestinian colors with a paraglider. Which is the new moniker for antisemitism. The massacre of October 7, when Hamas paraglided in to the music festival in ****** and raped and killed innocent festival goers. This needs to be addressed.
