  A ring was bought from her with a description that is false per a professional jewelry appraiser. *************************** was made aware of this and was provided with the appraisal. She clearly claimed in her advertisement that it was a ruby and 14k gold ring and charged an amount that was paid in full of $2,500. - In fact the ring is only worth between $300-$400 as it is a *********************** not a **** at all and there is no gold in it whatsoever. It was tried many times to personally contact her and get a refund. She has blocked all contact and refuses to refund.

  Customer has suddenly and relentlessly been harassing me and my extended family about a piece they purchased from my shop over a year ago. I stand 100% by its quality and my shop, as you'll find I have a 5 star standing with thousands of sales. I have communicated extensively with the buyer and find it may just be a case of buyers remorse. I do not accept returns after 365 days. Thank yo so much.

  The ring was purchased in 8/23.  Concerning why it took so long to find out about this is ring is due to the following extenuating circumstances: 

  The ring was bought as an engagement ring.  When it was taken several months ago to a jeweler to get a wedding band to match it (as the wedding is in October of this year), it was found not to be as described by *****************. The ring was then immediately taken to a professional appraiser at my expense and all was in fact correct about the  suspicions the jeweler had had of ring.  *** was made aware of all of this and was sent a copy of her posting and description of the ring and sent a copy of the appraisal and her exact posting.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

  My complaint has not been resolved due to the seller not issuing a full refund.  Complete  documentation has previously been sent to the BBB regarding the complaint. The sellers description of the item sold was false  per a full and complete appraisal of the item which confirmed this. My hope is the that BBB will let other buyers of her items  be aware  that her descriptions of items sold may be false and if they were to purchase an item from her  that they should immediately get a full appraisal of the item
