    I ordered two dresses from this company based on the estimated date they would arrive. They did not arrive in time so they are no longer needed. I tried to return the merchandise and when I go in to fill out the return information, it says they can not find my order number or my email address. I would like to return the merchandise and get a full refund. Thank you.

    3 Dresses do not fit and the 4th has not been delivered. I am unable to contact customer service for a return authorization since the web address provided on the sellers website does not exist. I have no way to contact anyone from this company. I would like to receive either a store credit or a credit to my credit card.

    I ordered an outfit online from Valanio on 03/01/2025. I paid $59.99 plus $15 shipping. The site said that it was being shipped from **************. It took about two and a half weeks to receive the outfit. I ordered a size small. They do not make extra small. The outfit did not fit at all. I notified customer service at ********************** (they require you notify customer service before returning any merchandise). They responded within a day or two offering to pay me $10 if I would just keep the outfit. At this time I started researching this company and found that this is what they do. They offer you money to keep the outfit instead of returning it. The BBB has given them an F ranking. I responded to them that I wanted to return the outfit and get a full refund. Their reply was to offer me $20 to just keep the outfit. I again responded that I wanted a full refund and to return the outfit. Their last response was a final offer of $26 and keep the outfit or I could return the outfit at my expense. The address to send the return is in *****. This outfit does not fit and I will never wear it. I have emails regarding this whole interaction of you need to see them.

    Two weeks ago I ordered an outfit from Valanio **** online. My husband had placed orders with them twice and the product and service was satisfactory. My order arrived within a week but the quality was not to my expectations and the shorts, a size large, were way too small. Although the company advertised itself as made in the ***, the package came from outside the ** and the return company address was ******. There was no return information in the package and no tags on the clothing as to how to return it. No phone numbers. I went to this website (too late to read the negative reviews). I emailed them seeking some sort of return paperwork. They emailed me back offering to exchange for a larger size. They declined and counteroffered $8 (!) and I could keep the item. I will be pursuing this with my credit card company. I have copies of the emails but not sure how to attach them to this document.

    I paid for items and they were not delivered or received. I cannot contact the company. They debited my account for the money.

    On 03/13/25 I submitted an order for 6 dresses amounting to a total of $314.94. The online order form appeared to give a choice of a credit card payment OR a ****** payment. I submitted the order, received an email confirmation and a pending charge appeared on my credit card account. Three days later the credit card charges were still showing as pending. I checked my order again and it appeared that ****** was awaiting approval for the purchase, so I concluded that ****** was the only option for completing the order. I logged in and authorized it in ******. Now I have a duplicate order and TWO pending charges on my credit card account. I emailed ******************* to cancel the duplicate order within 24 hours. I received no reply by email, but a message appeared in my ****** account giving me another email address and asking me to explain the problem, which I have already done. Now Im seeing from other BBB complaints that this company is a scam and the clothing is of poor quality, not as it appears in pictures online. I want both my original order and the accidental duplicate order cancelled and my credit card charges reversed.

    The 2 outfits were of very poor quality and did not fit well. I want to return them for a full refund.

    Valanio will not provide me a full refund. My attachment includes my order placed on 2/1/25, my email to their customer service on 2/25/25, all other emails back and forth with them on the return, and then final email for me to return the item, if I insist, to an address in *****. I also included the About Us page on them stating they ship from *********** and their return policy, which was not offered this way.They also show a private NY address on their website. I believe this company is a ****. I placed the order through them when using ********. ******** and ****** should remove this company from their websites.

    I made a purchase with ******* January 22, 2025. February 7th I asked about when this will ship, they informed me the skirt set was out of stock. And will refund me for that, and ship other item. On February 26th I told them to cancel order the tracking info did not work. I'm thinking I'm buying from a ************** made in the *** company. The tracking showed ******. Received item the February 27th. Contacted them March 1st, item did not fit, they responded it couldn't be replaced and I have to pay for shipping back. I replied what is the address to return. March 3rd they are asking me to send $15 via ****** and they will send me a larger size.....well it's too big for one, just want to return and get my money back. $101.98. Waiting for response. They only respond around 3:30 am ET
