    I ordered clothing items from Valanio online on 11/9/2024 The items were supposed to be made in *******. I paid $333.93. Did not receive anything so I started a dispute with my credit card company after not being able to get a response from Valanio. I finally received an email from service@ valanio stating that one of the items was out of stock and they refunded me $42.99. Several weeks later I received clothing items that were all horribly made, oversized and cheap material. They were actually shipped from ***** thru ********. The seller name is *******. I sent everything back the next day on December ******* to an address provided thru email. I sent them proof of the return on December 12, 2024. It is now February 19, 2025 and I still have not received the rest of my money back.

    Date of purchase 01/13/2025 Amount total $92.13 paid w Credit ************* was taking 3+ weeks, have contacted valanio customer service because tracking code was not working. Order arrived, but 1 item (dress) was to small in size (S). Email exchange with customer service was not successful to be provided with return label and the money to credit back. Now, after multiple emails, Valanio wants me to send this back on my own expense, stating it's their policy. There is no such return policy available on their website. All I asked was to return 1 item because it is to small. Some reviews I read, there were no problems with a return. A lot others experiences the same.

    False Advertising Valanio is a retailer. The quality of the items looks very nice in pictures. The quality is very poor when it arrives. It is from *****. It states in the ad that items are made in ************** so I thought I was buying American made and high quality. These are Chinese Temu quality. When the shipping label is peeled back, there is an original shipping label showing the sweaters came from *****. Cheap fabric. Valanio also makes it very difficult to communicate with them. They only communicate via e-mail. When I asked for a return they made me send pictures of the items. Additionally, I have two e-mail accounts on the e-mail chain, they only reply to one, once again making it harder to communicate with them. They are not American, nor American made. Additionally, had I bought these straight from **** it would have cost me $24, not $187.96.Desired Resolutions:Stop this company from false advertising!!! Thank you.Ban them from shipping product to the ** under false pretenses.

    I purchased an item from this company in early January and received it February 8, 2025. The item does not fit and was received with part of the stitching unraveling. My attempt to return has sent me in circles. I get sent to one online place to another. No customer service number or return information.

    I placed an order with Valanio a few weeks ago. Order was delivered on 1/28/25. One of the items is poor quality material, mis-shaped and I emailed ******************************** to get return instructions for the item. The email has bounced back as undeliverable 9 times. Their return policy is to contact them via email for return instructions within 30 days. The clock is ticking and I cant even get an email to get to them. My order number is ********.

    On early January 2025, I ordered some clothing from Valanio on line totaling $191.90. The cloths took a couple of weeks to get here and I did not get them in time for my vacation. When I returned home I tried them on and they were all too small. I looked for how I would return them and they mentioned an email address so I sent an email with no response. I called a number which someone mentioned on the site and it turned out to be a guy who while I was talking to them scammed my credit card and bought several gift cards from ******, Staples and Gamestop. I called my credit card and we immediately blocked them. Please do not order anything from this Company. They say the Cloths are made in the ** but this is a UK Company as told by my credit card company. We have since placed a dispute on the payment made to them Order # was ********

    Inquired about my delivery and received email asking for my patience while they get everything together and hopefully within a few weeks I would receive it which makes no sense since it should be in their warehouse. Then they asked me if I wanted to cancel certain items but didnt tell me which ones were not available. Called my credit card company to stop payment and then received an email from ****** telling me my dispute was between me and the clothing company but ****** is the one who took the money. Also, they claim that they are from **************, but some websites say they are from overseas, which I wouldve never ordered from because I only support American companies . Getting the runaround with no clear definition of when I can expect my orders. Some webpages state this is a scam and again I really thought I was ordering from an ***************** Also, it seems to have three different company names attached to this.

    I ordered 3 things from this company. Clothing. The products not only do not fit but they are inferior in quality. I spent over $125 and they offered me $30 for a return. They said they are located in the us however I learned that they are located in *****. I would like my money back

    I ordered from Valanio because it says they are made in the *** in ********. After receiving the items I decided to return some of the items. After contacting them several times, and getting odd responses (send pictures, they offered to pay me a portion of the cost) they finally told me they are from ***** and it cost too much to return the items so they would only pay me $45 of the cost. This company is NOT from the **, their clothes are NOT made in the ** and they will not give you a refund.
