    I ordered 3 womens tops from Valanio on 6/12/23. They arrived and did not fit at all - were Much smaller than the sizing guidelines indicated. I emailed them back asking to exchange them for a larger size . but then decided to try I them on again , after sending that email. I realized the fabric was of very poor quality and they all had a bit of a smell. I became suspicious of whether I was scammed and decided to look up BBB which I should have done before. There is no phone number or address available to contact them More directly. I then sent them another email and asked for the full amount of $113.02 to be refunded. And that I would not accept less than this amount as this seems to be what they are doing with other complainants.

    6/22/23 Back on May 24, 2023 I ordered a 9 shirts from Valanio, order #*******, 5 of the shirts do not fit so I need to return them. I have been emailing them to send me the information since I received them on June 10th so I can return them. The total of my charge was $304.12 and I want the full refund of the 5 shirts, $185.95. They said I have a 30 day return policy and I am trying to get the information so i can return it within those 30 days. I would like a full refund.

    I Purchased 3 blouses from valanio.com on ********* it took weeks to receive the *************** were totally misrepresented. they are made of paper thin material & dont even fit properly. I would be happy to return the product for a complete refund or credit to my credit card but you can not reach them or get a return slip or address. They are *************** sell the same products on different sites. I paid $102.57 for *********** my money back. I would be happy to return for a full refund but there is no place to send them.

    I purchased 3 dresses from Valanio on 5/21/23. After receiving them the beginning of June, I saw that they were very poor quality including thin material you could almost see through and cheaply made. I reached out to customer service to return the items and receive a full refund. (I paid $125 USD plus shipping). The have since contacted me twice. The first time they offered me $25 USD as compensation and I could keep the dresses. Last night they offered me $40 USD and I can again keep the dresses. I do not want the dresses and want my $125 back. I will even pay shipping to get rid of them. Can the BBB help expedite this issue?

    I purchased a dress and it did not fit. There was no paperwork included in the packaging and I reached out to the customer service email that was given. It takes 2 to 4 days for them to respond to emails. I have communicated back-and-forth with them four times, and they still will not provide the paperwork for the return. Their website is deceiving because it says the items are US made and they are not. My packaging came from *****. They say easy returns and obviously they are not.I am still attempting to return the dress and get my refund less the shipping and handling I paid.

    I ordered 2 dresses $93.08USD. They were billed to my credit card May 10th, $130.48CDN They were shipped from ******************************************************************** on May 14th. I received them May 25th. I opened them 2 days later and thought the fabric was poor quality. I tried them on. They did not fit at all, one far too large and the other too small. Their site says to request a return authorization within 30 ************ still attached, original packaging, no stains etc.No phone number was listed, just an email address.I emailed May 28 to request a return label/authorization. They replied May 29 asking if I wanted to exchange. I replied NO,I would like to return for full refund. No response. I emailed again May 30, Received a reply 31st saying they would give $15 as compensation, could I keep??? I replied NO, I would like a return label.Now I started to worry, so I looked up BBB...Yes,I should have done this prior to ordering....but wow was I amazed at all the people having the same problem.One person said that they've contacted their credit card to dispute the charge. I am going to do the same.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Back on April 30, 2023 I ordered a dress from Valanio, the dress does not fit so I need to return it. I have been emailing them to send me the information needed to return the dress. Their reply is they will give me $9.00 the next time it was $22.00. The dress cost me $65.98 total and I want the full refund for a dress I did not wear and cannot wear. They have a 30 day return policy and I am trying to get the information so i can return it within those 30 days. I would like a full refund.

    I purchased 2 dresses from Valanio.com totaling $85.48. The website advertised all clothing was made and shipped from **************. When I received the dresses, I didnt care for one of them and contacted the company for a return label so I could exercise their 30 day money back guarantee. They offered me $7 and to keep the dress I didnt want. I refused and they offered me $16 to keep the dress. I refused again. They finally offered me $25 and said if I insisted on returning the dress for a full refund I would have to pay the shipping to their warehouse in ***** which would have cost me more than I paid for the dress. I offered for them to send me another dress in exchange and they refused. This company is scandalous and doing business under false pretenses and under multiple names like Hymyfe. They need to be shut down.

    -ordered 3 dresses from Valanio website on April 18 and credit card was charged for $134.87 -emailed them on 4/28 because package had shipped, but not trackable and taking too long-supposedly coming from **---they wrote, "be patient"-May 3 package rec'd (foreign label under regular label with a return of ************* ******************************************* (which is an actual address), merch tried on and immediately repackaged for return...oddly fitting and poorly made dresses with defective stitching - back-and-forth emails for the last several days-still NOT willing to provide the necessary authorization and address for the return per their own website, which says if you send it to the wrong address...we can't help you -last email said we can keep the dresses and they'll refund me $21--to which I replied, "no way" and asked to receive the necessary documents to complete a return. This company needs to be put out of business because nothing about it is legitimate--unconventional methods to hide unscrupulous practices.

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Valanio has been resolved.  But only because my credit card company got my money back.  *********** is not to be trusted.  They said they were in ** and the address given me to return the dresses is ********************************************* ************  They tried to barter with me starting at a $21 dollar refund for the $137+ charge for the dresses.  We went back and forth several times, each time they refused to give me an authorization code and address to make my return.  They offered me $40 and then $60 which was amusing, but I was not going to fall for their tactics and settle for anything less than what I paid for their poorly made products.  ************ has many names because I've seen exact dresses on other sites.  I will not trust anyone who does not send me a catalog from now on.  They only gave me that address after my credit card was refunded for the full amount.  I certainly won't be sending them the dresses, since they themselves said the cost to mail them is not worth it.  WOW!  Thanks for trying to get this straightened out and please let others know that this company is not going to give any kind of decent customer service, despite what their website claims.
