      An A+ rating is absolutely false. Its clear that you can just pay off the BBB and get your rating regardless of Shoplets horrible reviews. Poor customer service, paid extra for a rush service to have the order processed that day and didnt get an Order confirmation for several business days, cant track their own product, late, and shorted us product that they refuse to give a refund for.

      This company may not be a complete scam, but it sure does act like one. No communication, poor customer service, no tracking number provided for the item supposedly shipped, and then an abrupt refund when I didn't give up on my order like I guess they expected me to do. Oddly enough, when I checked their website the day that ****** (not Shoplet) notified me of the refund, the item I'd ordered was no longer listed on the ********** yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

      This company is a total scam. I ordered a Brother MFC *********** Wireless Inkjet Multifunction Printer $429.99. They said they shipped it and gave me a *** tracking number. Honestly, I can't say whether the tracking number was real or not because the package (which is a large 3' x 2' x 2' box. I know, because I ultimately bought another one from another retailer who delivered it no-problem through ***) had some tracking history, which said it was delivered to ***'s ************, ** warehouse (I am in **************, **), which is where it apparently disappeared. I ordered the printer on Friday, January 26, 2025. The tracking information went from "expect delivery between 3:15PM and 6:15PM on February 2, 2025," to "No delivery date available," to "Investigation opened." to "A claim has been opened by the retailer. Contact your retailer regarding status." I had to laugh at that one because they're carving up the delivery time into quarter hours and they don't even know where the package is in the first place. Once it apparently arrived in ************, **, it basically fell off the radar screen. The whole thing feels like a scam built around selling non-existent products with fake shipping data so that the company can get your credit card payment and use the funds as float to earn a return from bank deposits for sales they never intended to make in the first place. Then, when I called their customer service line on February 11th (mind you it's been over two weeks since I ordered this printer), all I got was a Jamaican call center who put me on hold for 20 minutes (they kept coming back to the line to see if I was till there, and they finally realized I WASN'T going to hang up) and told me that they are looking into things and to expect a response in 48 hours, which never came. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with ****, who credited my card balance and back-charged this scam company. I wished to had Googled "Shoplet reviews" before placing an order.

      If I could, I would like to leave a negative rating for this business. They canceled my order twice, and even after canceling my order, they claimed the product was out of stock, but when I checked online, it was still available on their website. It is one of the products they listed as a sale item, but if you are out of stock you should just inform the customer and take it out from the available items list. Poor communication and unreal sales

      Never delivered the product. The ****** site says it was delivered, but it was not. Seems to be a common issue with this company. Avoid at all costs.

      Very disappointed with Shoplet and will never order from them again. We needed a new printer for our office so I ordered and paid on October 25, 2024. Delivery was to be on November 1, 2024. I received an email confirming my order with an order number. That was the last email regarding the delivery of the printer. It was not delivered and with no update on the delivery status I cancelled on November 6, 2024. I have called customer service 4 times and still no refund. Always told they are waiting to hear back from the warehouse on the delivery. Absolutely ridiculous that it is now a month from when they were supposed to deliver and no refund. I do not recommend using Shoplet.

      I received an email that my order was delivered but I didn't receive it so I tracked it. The order was delivered to *****, it should've been delivered to ************! I called customer service and they weren't any help, the girl I spoke to said she would send the issue to her team and get back to me. I will give them 1 week and then I will contact our attorney. This is ridiculous, I WILL NOT order from them again!!! This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star review but I couldn't leave my review so I had to give them one.

      ** and SHOPLET has not been helpful at all. we ordered 3 cases of handsoap which the shipper picked up on Oct 2. 1 arrived 2 did not. One has been refunded Oct 16 I called it in and they said I need to wait 10days before I get the refund for the last box. Its Oct 21st still no refund. I got a voicemail today saying they refunded it but when I called they said I need to wait 5 more days. I strongly recommend NOT SHOPPING here. Item and refunds will take over 3 weeks. SO DISAPPOINTING! Im a small business my clients were upset because of the late delivery- the most they can do is give the refund back asap but they cannot even manage to do that !** the customer service at ********************** does not know customer service at all. So stubborn and will not hear you out. He is zero help at all. Unsatisfactory!!! At first he says I need to wait 10business days for a refund when I called again he says 10-15days. He said it starts when the carrier gets the package which on my tracking says Oct 2 he insists its Oct 3- He changes his statement! So if you want to never receive your purchases on time, deal with a stubborn unsatisfactory customer service agent, and over 3 weeks to get your refund and upset your own clients by all means shop here.

      DO NOT PURCHASE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - We ordered bins that were delivered to our warehouse when NO ONE was there - no doors open, no cars there - they just dumped the packages in the middle of the empty parking lot (we are industrial and have lots of homeless people)....they refuse to refund or replace because the packages were "delivered". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - will never use them again. ***** at ******************* *******************
