I purchased an office chair from this company 2/24/25. I accidentally put in the wrong address, and my chair was sent back to the facility. 100% my fault. I called, to give them an update on what happened, and they assured me that it would take 3-5 days to re-send out to me. Not a problem. I received no email updates or any communication from the company. I logged into my acct and saw there was a new tracking # on my acct. I clicked on the *** link and it said delivered (to the correct address). No one signed for it, and no one at my business has seen it (we have cameras). So, I reached out to shoplet multiple times but their email address always comes back as not in service. I called and they said it was Delivered to another person with my EXACT name in the same city. They toild me they were sorry and were issuing me a refund and I would receive an email confirmation. I have been checking my emails and contacting this company EVERY week (I set reminders), and I get the same run around. You will get an email confirmation, and it takes 3-5 business days. Well, its been over 1.5 months, no refund has been issued on the site, or my card, and I cannot get ahold of anybody. I believe this company to be a scam. If i do not get resolution soon, I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company as fraudulent charges.Business Response

After coordinating with the individual who mistakenly received the package due to the incorrect address entered at checkout, we were able to arrange for the item to be returned. This step contributed to the delay in resolution.
Following a thorough review, a full refund for Order #********** has been processed. The refund was issued to your original payment method on April 14, 2025, and you should see the funds reflected on your statement within 35 business days, depending on your financial institution.

On February 10, 2025, I purchased 5 cases of Ensure Compact Vanilla Nutrition Therapy Drinks from Shoplet.com for approximately $285.51 (to include tax). I also paid an extra $2.99 for expedite processing. The product was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 business days. After 7 days go by with no tracking number or delivery status update, I called the customer service number and spoke with a representative. The representative pulled up the order using my order number. The representative stated the items are usually delivered within days, and he wasn't sure why my product hasn't been shipped. Representative stated that would submit a claim for me a gave me a- case #******. Representative verified my email address and stated that I should get an email in within the next few days. Several days pass with no email. I called customer service 2 additional times between February 19 - 25, 2025, and was basically getting the run around. I asked the representative to please process me a refund because after 2 weeks of waiting, it was apparent that I wasn't going to receive the product. I reached out to customer on February 24, 2025 and requested a refund. The representative told that she had to send request forward to her supervisor. I told the representative that if I didn't hear from them within 48 hours, I would take further action regarding this matter.Business Response

on 1/12/25 I ordered a ****** tempered glass chair pad. 2 days later I was notified it was shipped, including tracking info which was garbage. no delivery. I waited about another week & called customer service. *** told me i would hear back within ***** hours. no response. called again & was told the item was "lost in ************ would get a full refund to the card issued. i emailed customer service & asked for email confirmation of refund. response was standard email telling how to contact customer service. This company is a completely fraudulent enterprise. ***** completely. How BBB can post them as A+ is beyond me & makes me wonder why BBB exists at all. there is no way they are doing the job of fairly & accurately rating companies, ESPECIALLY those offering online services. I ordered pack of 6 **************** in a golden packs ( Higer qualitybeans), they were $94 , shoplet sent me same coffee in a different package which cost 50% less, item was not refundable, which I would accept if it was what I ordered. I called shoplet more than 2 weeks ago, they promised me a return shipping labels, but till now nothing was sent. it seems shoplet conduct their business in a way that full of deceiving and taking advantage of customers, ****** told me they're looking at all the complaints from this seller to discontinue their business, so be aware!Business Response

I made a purchase for formula. When placing the order, it said the product would ship within 2-5 days. It has now been 11 days and I have not gotten any information about delays, whether it's been shipped or not, no tracking information- absolutely nothing. I reached out to customer service and again it said someone would get back to me within 2-5 days. It has been 6 days since I reached out to customer service just to see what was going, but I still have yet to hear anything. I ordered furniture with Shoplet Aug 5th. On Aug 12th I called Shoplet, and the woman told me my furniture was supposed to be delivered that day. A delivery person named ***** ******* arrived and told staff he had a PALLET OF WATER and BATTERIES to be delivered that had already been paid for. The staff were confused, but we had just been devastated by a tornado and were collecting donations, so they assumed the water and batteries were for the tornado victims. A random staff member signed for it. I was still waiting for my furniture that never arrived, but the carriers site showed it was delivered. I started making calls to the carrier and Shoplet, who were all telling me my furniture was delivered. After seeing the delivery invoice, I realized that the water and batteries were the delivery they think was my furniture. When I told them the wrong thing was delivered, I got push back, stating my order was delivered and signed for, even though the delivery invoice SHOWED five pieces of furniture, not water and batteries. The addresses for both items were different. The items were different. None of it was furniture or had this address on it. I have now been in contact multiple times with the carrier and Shoplet with no resolve. I am missing over $1K in furniture, I have no desk, and all I have is water and batteries addressed to two different places! I requested that the carrier come back and take these orders and leave mine, and was told they would email the warehouse. Crickets. I called Shoplet again, explained the situation again, asked to speak to a supervisor twice and was put off again, stating they weren't available because they were talking to someone else. I have asked that Shoplet resend my furniture order and deal with the carrier that they chose to work with on their own, and to make this right with me. I am still waiting. I sent pics of the items we received and the invoices. How hard is this? The carrier should still be riding around with my furniture!Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The furniture was NOT delivered on the 22nd, and has still not been delivered. I reached out via email and was told it was in **. It's been there since the 20th with no movement if that's the case. No one appears to be able to give me an accurate delivery date, and the amount of time I've been waiting is ridiculous.

Ordered 4 office desks that cost 2500 dollars, through Amazon and shoplet was the 3rd party seller. Order was cancelled mysteriously the day it was supposed to be delivered and no one could tell me why. When I called, I was given the run around that I would be receiving my order. The following day I was told it was shipped back to the warehouse. When I requested a paper check refund I was ignored.
