    Listen to all the other reviews. STAY AWAY!!! We made a booking and booked 1 room for 2 nights and it was showing fee cancelation to a certain date and when I say the Credit Card it showed 2 room booked. We cancelled both. When we called they said no cancellation, so either we misread or it was their fault, either was we stated regardless we only booked one room and they said two. I said ok, doesn't matter who is right, nor who made the mistake, just give us the one room and we will pay and cancel the double booking, they said we can give you money or a room since it was cancelled, I was like how ethical is this. So no room and no money and they will just rebook the room. Youi will get a different agent and they will tell you different things and always say have the hotel agree and we will refund lol. the hotel can't agree, the hotel can';t do anything, it was not booked through them and they know this, but they just tell you anything to get you frustarted. I will make a review on every site. As you can see this is not just me, they have a long track record. If i could give zero or minus stars I would.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!3 days before my wedding they canceled my hotel reservations. I reserved 8 rooms for guests who are coming from out of state. They made a mistake in the reservation with NO notice ahead of time to let us know that there was any issue. We would not have found any of this out through the company, we just so happened to have reached out to the hotel to pay a different fee/upgrade and were informed by the hotel staff that our reservations had not been made correctly. The final straw was them dismissing their part in the reservations not being booked correctly and just offering a refund instead to end the interaction. After refunding us, we have now had less than 3 days to rebook rooms for our guests and find our OWN solution to Agoda's mess! Please, for your own peace of mind, do not use this booking company.

    **Complaint: Racist Behavior at ************************, *************I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hotel 10 on Chef Highway in ***********, regarding the racist behavior of the owner during my stay, which I booked through Agoda.On the third day of my booking, I was abruptly forced to leave the hotel by the owner, who exhibited blatantly racist behavior. This incident was both shocking and deeply distressing. Despite contacting Agoda, the booking platform, no substantial action has been taken to address this issue. I have made multiple attempts to rectify this situation with Agoda, but no reasonable or just solution has been ********** stay was marred by an unsettling atmosphere and subpar service from the beginning. The owners unjust and offensive behavior was the final straw, and such treatment is unacceptable.Given the severity of the situation and the lack of response from Agoda, I am requesting a 100% refund for being put in an uncomfortable discriminatory situation. I urge the Better Business Bureau to take immediate action regarding this matter to ensure that no other guest has to endure such treatment.Thank you for your attention to this serious complaint.

    Booked a hotel. I called to check everything with the hotel the day before travel and was informed that I did not have a reservation. I had all copies of the reservation but the hotel never got anything. They could not accommodate my stay, I spoke with Agoda and their customer service was horrible. They called the hotel and gave them such a hard time, the hotel called me to apologize quoting they knew I must be having a hard time speaking with them trying to rectify the problem. I asked to speak to a manager at Agoda and was told I could not until the issue was resolved. I was baffled because how could you not converse with a manager until you no longer had a problem? They sent a message and said they could not resolve my issue, but that they could cancel the reservation and give me credit for 19 Agoda cash dollars but still took the money off my card. I have been charged over $1100.00, the room was only $360, and no I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Do not use these company

    Agoda bad customer service lied to customers take your money no service this company should not be in business I live in ******* the hurricane interference with my trip Agoda refused to cancel my reservation to the hotel refused to give me a cancellation letter to provide to my credit card company they gave me running around I provided the airline information to them still nothing do not make any business with Agoda use other reputable company zero rating

    ***************. There reviews online for hotels are just pure deceptive. They have 1-2 start hotels rated nice on their website. Its their way of locking you into a booking with them because of the cheap prices, then you end up at a ***** infested, drug selling hotel. The hotel I booked after seeing the real reviews online ******, cancelled my reservation free of any charge. Agoda was lying to me over the phone telling me the hotel was refusing the cancellation, then changed it to they would only refund half. I spoke with the hotel manager, Agoda was lying to me trying to pocket my money. I have two little girls with me, and shouldnt be charged anything for a hotel I did not stay at due to their false reviews. They entrap people into bookings. They kept lying to me and giving me the run around, so I disputed the charge with ************ First and last time I use them, I hope the word spreads because the other reviews I read are spot on with how horrid this company is.

    The company "Agoda" did not accurately record my personal information when making a reservation, therefore was unable to receive a credit for being overcharged. The Hotel did stated they would reduce the bill but I had to contact Agoda. It was impossible for me to get anywhere with Agoda because they could not find my reservation. They kept giving me wrong phone numbers to call their corporate headquarters. They are criminals and they should not be allowed to operate in our country!

    In March 2024 we booked for 27 days at ************ in ****************** and the ad stated breakfast included. Today 12/21/2024 when looking to rebook again for the same resort it stilkl says breakfast is included. This a a TOTAL BAIT and SWITCH. They promised a credit to my account in March, still to this day nothing. DO NOT GET FOOLED by AGODO!
