They sent me a confirmation email with the wrong address on it, which took me over 2 hours to find the right address. This cost us to miss our dinner reservation which cost us $60.00. I want them to reimburse us that $60.00.Review from Kerry G

How low can you go. My sister booked a motel, $1700.00. got to motel no reservation, no credit. Agoda said 90% of that amount is non refundable!!! They said they could only refund the 10% but haven't even given her the $170.00. reading the above comments...scam, thieves, crooks,liars, don't even begin to describe what this company is about.Review from Steven H

The worst possible Service!After being charged an extra $2.30 per night for 60 nights I requested my refund.After sending the proper documentation received a call back and argued with the representative for an hour before they finally understood how to add and subtract properly. Then was requested to resend the information they already hadNow theyre asking me for my private banking information?Worst possible customer service ever!Will never use them again. .Review from regina v

Agoda confirmed my hotel reservation sending numerous emails with booking ID and details. The hotel had NO reservation for me. It's a scam.Review from Paul M

Booked 1 night for 1 room have been charged twice by hotel and once (amount double what actual room cost) by Agoda. Worst travel site I have ever used by far. Almost like criminal fraud.Review from Emerson A

This company said they purchased a reservation on my behalf at *********************, and I have confirmed that they have not, and they are refusing to refund me. They have made me go through hoops and ladders, and I would like to draw attention to their fraudulent practices.Review from Jan T

They are not a scrupulous company. We missed a day at a hotel due to canceled flight. The hotel agreed to a refund. they returned fees to agoda. I am still fighting with agoda to get my money back.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Review from Vikki C

A very shady company which don't indicate a city tax is excluded in the price. When I raise the issue, they don't owe it and push back by asking me to solve with the local hotel which the hotel has already explained to me and suggested me not to go through Agoda in the future. Booking.com is mush safer.
