  This is the wrist travel site i have ever used! They called immediately after the initial setup of my flight to finalize confirmation and they wanted to charge me double to take a carry on and checked baggage. I said no and have spent the last 24 hours getting harassed by them. I asked why i havent gotten a confirmation email, they confirmed my contact info multiple times and ended up using a coworkers email to try again and it finally went through. No legitimate business would operate like this. They even yelled at me on the phone! Then they want to charge me $150.00 to cancel and i wont get my booking amount back because it will be forfeited to the airline. They said they are a travel agency, but this is not how travel agencies treat their customers.

  Son unos estafadores. Te ponen un precio en la pgina y despus resulta ser otro muchsimo ms **** y cuando les dices q no lo deseas viajar te dicen q no es reembolsable ese precio inicial y te lo van a cobrar. No reserves con ellos es una psima y molestia experiencia. Gracias.

  This is a s*** company of full scamming employees, they all lied to clients, they don't have customer support or someone who looks into their employees fraud and lies. Their travel agent use their personal emails to book the client ticket and tell their clients booking is cancelled and charge their credit card. They literally fraud you and when you call there is no responsive person or department to report their bad business practices. If you watch the Indian movies how these telephone scammers scam thats how they do business they all have English fake name but literally most of them are probably working from ***** or somewhere in the world. Stay away unless you want troubles- they dont respond or reply with you need to get refund or cancellation. I have sent multiple emails and calls and still no respond on their fraud ticket booking and cancellation. Their employees use their personal email instead of using my email on customer booking, told me booking is cancelled and I will get refund but they booked the ticket and use their personal email instead and kept the ticket . I did not get the ticket and refund. They did not even contacted me and there is no person or department to report. Full of fraudulent people - all of them said they will call back and email the proof none of them did send me any emails or copy of cancellation emailthey all lied.

  They are scammers please avoid booking with them. They charged me double the price and didnt even book the extra luggage and then refused to refund me the full amount.This company should be shut down and reported.

  I would not do business with this company ever! I travel every year to ****** Ive never had such a problem with the airline ticket reservation. The low price they offer is a bait ,not real. In the end it turns out that the price is twice as high as stated.

  I used Click2book to purchase a ticket from ******* to ******** The total was supposed to be locked in at $611 the next day I received a text saying, Those were discounted deals of the airline which is no lonnger available from the airline if we keep same flight thats costing you around ******* USD. They also called to try to get me to go ahead and book the flight or change to a cheaper ticket. They said that I had bought a nonrefundable noncancelable ticket. And yet, they were telling me that I did not actually get the ticket and would have to pay more money to get it, but that they could not refund the money. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute.. I took screenshots of the communications if anyone needs to see them I would not do business with this company!

  I did not want to leave any stars. Me and my husband was just on the phone with a representative from click2book.us, and when we first contacted them, they gave us a total round-trip price of $792 to where we wanted to travel. Once it was time to make the transaction for payment, he repeated the total but it was double what he originally stated the total would be. Me and my husband told him you told us the total would be $792 for both of us, and he tried to make us believe that he told us the total price would be $792 for each person instead of $792 for both of us. I just want to advise: Do not book through this website. They are a scam. I'm glad that this happened so we would not have a problem trying to fight and get our money back!

  This was honestly the worst site to buy your ticket. The price of my ticket was $932 but once I got the email, it told me to give them a call on their 800 number. When I did and asked them about what was wrong with my ticket, they proceed to tell me that my ticket was no longer available at the price that I paid for and proceed to charge me an extra $500. In total being $1482. Tried to cancel it because the reason i even bought the ticket was for the cheap price. At first I was told I couldn't cancel and then after some pressure from my dad was told that it would charge me a fee of $200. This is honestly such a scam of a business and I hope they will get investigated for this because it seems to be an on going trend with them

  Its a scam, I made a reservation which was confirmed just to get a call from on of their agents telling me that theres no available seats in that booking so they are putting me on a different flight for $280 more than what I paid for. I refused to change booking and insisted on cancelling my reservations and charged me $125 and theyre reasoning in the email they sent me was I made changes to my plans which was a huge lie. They insisted that I never returned their calls so I sent them copies of all communications and telephone call attempts I made to their company.Please beware if youre making bookings within this agency.
