    The voucher was a good value. But unfortunately the experience at the restaurant wasn't. It was cold & windy with no heaters working & so we ended up not using the whole value.

    What a wonderful experience! The ******* is great! The food and drinks were so delicious. Recommend everything on the menuplus the habanero patron cocktail. But, the service was what really made it a terrific time. ******, ********, and ****** were just so lovely and welcoming. Cant wait to go back again!

    Unfortunately the Plaza Lounge at the ********************** was a BIG disappointment. Especially food was really bad and no variety. For $32 dollars per person that paid we can eat good food and coffee with dessert.Big waste of money!Dont recommend

    This was our 3rd trip to the ***************** and first trip back since their renovations, I was celebrating my 60th birthday and of all the resorts in the world to celebrate we decided to go back since our last 2 trips were wonderful! Unfortunately for us the 3rd time wasnt a charm but rather a major disappointment.The voucher was double the price from previous years for half the value, instead of the service staying the same or getting better it was much worse. This voucher is an all-inclusive package but not all guests are on the all- inclusive package, some pay al a cart. In previous visits this wasnt an issue but immediately we noticed a drop off in the level of service right away! As soon as You sit down the server asks you your room number, when they enter that in the computer they see which plan your on, this is when the problem starts. Whether we were at the pool or the beach all servers would bring your initial order in a very slow fashion then get lost, meaning they would come back for reorders much less frequently than years previously which minimizes the amount of food/drink you order.We also had to call repeatedly for someone to fix our TV and ceiling fan. Other guests we met had the same opinion of this resort, major drop-off I of the quality of service and just not the same experience.I asked one of the staff if there has been an ownership change or new General Manager over the last couple years and was told they have a new GM. We will NOT be returning to the *****************!!

    You can't beat the view and parking below is easy. We had the crab cake appetizer which was very nice, My entree was mussels with fries. The menus describes the fries as done in duck fat and truffles. I requested plain fries which they were happy to do. Those fires were very good but got soggy pretty quickly. I'm used to mussels being done in a simple white wine and garlic broth, but Moonraker's broth is ****** complicated and wasn't what I expected or liked. didn't The other entree was the petrale sole which was comparable to what'd you'd get anywhere that had it on the menu. Our dessert was warm apple crumble with caramel sauce and butter pecan ice cream. This was outstanding and the best part of the meal. If you go for the ambience, you won't be disappointed, but if you're expecting gourmet dining (and based on the menu prices you should) you won't be impressed. The service was very nice. Between the Travelzoo voucher and your final bill, I didn't find this a good deal. Basically we got 2 glasses of house wine free.

    Really nice people and the male masseuse (****) is fantastic! I wasnt aware the property was under construction and the restaurant is closed. However, maybe theyd let you bring in a picnic, which would be a wonderful way to spend the entire entire day. the spa area is a bit small but does have a Jacuzzi and indoor steam room, no sauna. however, the little relaxation area was perfect with a fireplace
