      Stay away. They are not responsive and misleading.We are a new business and have a few clients that need to pay us. We opened an account with ********************** and a couple days later they sent us an email saying that we violated their acceptable use terms and shut down our account. We reviewed the Term of use again and didn't find anything that would be considered a violation on our part. At that time, we responded back to the email provided (their compliance team) and asked them to point us to the issue so we can fix it and move forward. Never got a response.A few days later we reached out to their support team - same result - never got a response.I would not trust the company who treat their clients like this with my money.So, I suggest you stay away from Melio. There are other companies who play in the same space and are much easier to work with.

      I was referred to Melio by QuickBooks. I tried to set up an appointment but it was cancelled. Melio is only interested in accounting firms with multiple clients. They refused to provide a demo for our company - the largest PR firm in SW *******. From the reviews below, sounds like a good thing they won't help us.************

When accessing and syncing your QBDT account to **********************, there are several factors that *** affect the sync, such as the correct subscription plans and the year of the plan.

      At this time, the Bill *** feature powered by Melio will be available within these versions, bringing the feature to the following three subscriptions: QBDT Pro Plus, QBDT Premier Plus, and QBDT Enterprise with the 2022 and 2023 plans.       WARNING: DO NOT USE MELIO PAYMENTS. WORST PERFORMANCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE FINED BY THE *** AND RECEIVE THE LOWEST APPROVAL RATINGS THE BBB AND OTHERS PROVIDE. I AM LIKELY NOT ALONE IN WISHING I COULD POST THIS WITHOUT A SINGLE STAR, BC EVEN ONE STAR IS UNDESERVED. ****** (PROBABLY A BOT) IN PARTICULAR, SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IN MY HUMBLE BUT ANGRY OPINION. IF YOU ARE A SMALL COMPANY WHO NEEDS THINGS TO RUN SMOOTHLY AND TO WORK WITH VENDORS WHO WANT TO HELP YOU SUCCEED RATHER THAN SABOTAGE YOU, THEN RUN FROM MELIO. DON'T WALK.       where is my money.? Todays is Friday. they should be oh Friday. You wrote that they will be only on Monday. Why so long my salary comes to me? My employer send on Monday and only on Fdriday night they comes to my Bank account. Terrible. Learn from Venmo how to respect customers. two days and money in a Bank account.

      Melio was forced on me by quickbooks. It adds time and steps to my book keeping and payment processing not to mention daily frustration.It took away functionality from Quickbooks. I can no longer use bill pay service through my bank which had previously been integrated into Quickbooks. There is a 10 day float on my money when they write a paper check and a processing charge. So I have to write my own checks again like it's 1995 in order to make Quickbooks as functional as possible.They've cancelled ACH payments to vendors who have previously received payments but it's impossible to talk to a real person to find out why and resolve the issue. There is a recording on the phone number listed here. It directs you to their chat bot or email so it's useless.Read their responses to other reviews here. They don't listen or care about the problems they cause.Do not use Melio, you'll regret it.

      Never use this service! If i would have only come here before engaging with this company I would not be writing this review and would have saved me many days of headaches and hassle. Please I implore you spend your money somewhere else. Poor beyond poor customer service. Their 24 hr response turns into 72hrs. Every time they do respond it is vague and unhelpful. It's almost like they do not want customers. Please help me understand why such poor customer service, and low quality of customer care when people want to use your service you may as well go out of business, and save your self and others from yours. I was not even 12 hours on the platform and my account was suspended. When I tried to pay my contractors I inquired about what I can do to set up my account properly and finally after three days of calling, chatting and emailing I was told that there was nothing further than I could do, and that their decision would remain in affect. Which is fine better sooner than later. I still do not know the slightest idea what the issue is, even after reading their full terms and service.

      Melio payments tech-support is absolutely abysmal. They dont listen, theres no ability to have a phone call or an online session. They dont provide solutions - their software crashes QuickBooks when it encounters some sort of error during a payment session. it renders your accounting software useless, and they dont care.. They give you the runaround they dont actually provide a solution. Theyre not working on the problem and theyve caused a lot of wasted time and money. If you have a choice do not use Melio all theyve done is give you the runaround. If only they could provide a phone call and online session or some sort of tech-support so we can show them how their software destroys the accounting software of QuickBooks. Maybe wed get somewhere but theyre not interested in that.

      Melio provides horrendous service. They hold onto payments received from customers, they sometimes say for an extra 1% fee you can receive your money faster, but then they still hold the money. Sometimes I am sent. Link to choose to receive money faster, only to click on it and have it say, the link is expired or is no longer available. They take money that my customers send to pay my invoice, and then they hold that money for up to 10days with no explanation. It is unbelievable that they are getting away with this. And customer service is useless.

      Regarding the instant payment option and the 1% fee, the availability of this option depends on the eligibility of each payment, which is why you may see it for certain payments and not others. If a payment is eligible for an instant transfer, the eligibility will last until the estimated delivery day of your payment. For example, ACH to ACH payments typically take 3 business days to deliver, so the instant payment offer will only be available for the first 2 business days, not the 3rd day.

      Our payment processing times vary based on the delivery method, whether it's a check, ACH deposit, or international payment. However, the 10-day delivery time you mentioned does not align with our normal delivery times.       I AM IN DEEP NEED OF HELP! MY MELIO ACCOUNT WAS DEACTIVATED IN THE MIDDLE OF CONTRACTOR PAYMENTS. MY COMPANY'S INTEGRITY IS BEING QUESTIONED BY ANGRY CONTRACTORS. I CONTACTED THE COMPLIANCE TEAM 3 TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. I NEED A RESOLUTION, I DO LOVE THE SERVICE UNTIL IT MESSED WITH MY PAYROLL. AND THAT IS PEOPLE'S MONEY I DONT PLAY WITH.       I used this company for a short time to pay my contractors. On two occasions I paid extra for expedited payments and the payments were still delivered in 5 business days not 2. When I reached out to customer service I did not receive a response. The time they quote to deliver payments is not accurate. I decided to stop using them and find a company that is responsive.
