    Email customer support was awful and I should give the company 4 stars for having to deal with them, but the phone agent fixed a problem the email support completely botched. It took a long time to get someone on the phone (a long wait) but when I was finally talking to someone she fixed the problem created by email customer service. Try to reach them by phone - not email.I was trying to skip an autoship order and instead the email support agent place a new order (the opposite of what I was asking for).Your website should have the ability to skip an autoship order - it does not. Only cancel or change delivery frequency.

    great product and great customer service! i accidentally created a subscription with the wrong product and didn’t realize until it arrived to my house. the customer service representative went ahead and helped correct the subscription, sent the order out immediately for the proper product, and allowed me to keep the incorrect product free of charge for my pet to try! i so appreciated him going above and beyond to make my life easier, they gained a customer for life!

    I ordered the wrong item. I sent email and they responded quickly to help me with my issue. They sent me the correct product I wanted. I will be reordering when I run out of this product. **************** was fabulous. My dog enjoys his probiotics and is feeling much better. Thank you.
