    I have a paid subscription to Star magazine which doesnt expire until 9/15/2025, everything was fine until the end of November thats when I stopped getting my magazine which is a weekly home delivery. Called beginning of December was told to check with the post office which I did and they said they had nothing for me, checked again 3rd week of December still nothing since then I have tried to reach them only to be put on hold first time 39 minutes then again ************************************************ So I would like to get a refund. Thanks for any help.

    Star Magazine discontinued print issues. I paid $58.11 for 52 print issues. First check was #**** on 2/11 for $19.37. Second check was #**** for $19.37. Third check was #**** on 9/19 for $19.37. This was supposed to be for 52 issues. From February through September, I did not receive 52 issues. Due to a neurological illness, I have to limit the time I spend on computers, so I cannot read articles online - that's why I paid for the print subscription. The subscription was switched over to online without notifying me. I was told after numerous phone calls and emails that print issues can only be found in stores now. Since I have to buy the magazine I already paid for, I am asking for a refund of $58.11, which is what I paid for this year so far. I paid for print issues, not for online issues.

I am requesting a refund of 11 issues which were remaining on my subscription. I have not received any digital issues and am not interested in changing my subscription to digital. I was not notified until I called regarding my missing magazines. I do not want digital and they will refund me $58.11 but only in installments of ***** etc. I want my total refund in one check not several. Also they will not send me an email regarding my refund, therefore I have no proof.

    We are in receipt of ********* ******* complaint about the refund amount received from her Star subscription cancellation. 

    We processed two refund checks totaling $37.27, one in the amount of $17.88 and one for $19.97. There is a refund still due of $20.84.  We are aware that *** ***** requested one check in total and not multiple checks. 

    At this time we can either ask her to void the two checks she received and issue one for $58.11 or we can issue one additional check for $20.84.  Please let us know her preference and we will issue her refund.
