      I orderd a Star magazine subscription renewal (print version) on March 11, 2024. I noticed I have not been getting Star magazine for a while, so I checked my acount online. It says my subscripion is expired. I orderd the magazine less than a year ago, so I contacted customer service. They said Star has stopped delivering magazines, but I was not informed about this. I asked for a refund on my credit card (not a check), but they stopped responding to my messages.I made a renewal order for another magazine(US Weekly) at the same time, and its expiration issue is of June2, 2025.

      On 1/30/2024, I renewed my subscription to Star magazine along with a gift subscription. My subscription is due to expire 08/2026. The last magazine I received was 12/2-12/9/2024. They decided to go digital without offering any options. I am 78 years old with very limited access to a computer. I cannot read the magazine digitally. I have sent them several emails, the last being on 01/10/2025, and have received no replies. I would like a refund for all the issues that I paid for after the issue I have received, 12/2-12/9/2024. I would appreciate your assistance in getting the refund. Thank you for your help

      In June I sent in a subscription form for Star Magazine. I made the following payments on this subscription: Check #**** dated 7/10/24 for $21.99, check #**** dated 7/31/24 for $43.98, check #**** dated 8/20/24. This was the price of the subscription for 1 year. In addition to them continuing to bill me after I paid for this subscription, they sent me an email in November that they were no longer offering paper magazines, it would be online only. I responded that the only reason I took this subscription was for the puzzles, which I didn't see in the online version and I asked for a refund of the issues I had not received. I sent them emails to this effect on December 8, 2024, January 3, 2025, January 5, 2025, and January 24, 2025. They unsubscribed me from the online access to the Magazine but did not refund any part of my subscription. I want a refund for December 2024 through June 2025.

      I was finally given contact info for "Roger" the "manager" at Star. I called and he was in a "meeting". The representative was able to locate my account and provide refund. 
      Not certain why "Roger" could not due the same when I first contacted him.

      Ordered a 12 month magazine subscription back in October 2024. Script was supposed to also have a friend receive magazines for a year. They cash my check 3+ months ago. Still no magazines received by either party.

      My Star Magazine subscription is paid through November of 2025, however they have ceased the printed version. I have been in contact with Star customer service numerous times about being able to obtain the digital version. No one has been able to help with this matter and get nothing but the run around.

      I have a paid subscription to Star magazine which doesnt expire until 9/15/2025, everything was fine until the end of November thats when I stopped getting my magazine which is a weekly home delivery. Called beginning of December was told to check with the post office which I did and they said they had nothing for me, checked again 3rd week of December still nothing since then I have tried to reach them only to be put on hold first time 39 minutes then again ************************************************ So I would like to get a refund. Thanks for any help.

      Star Magazine discontinued print issues. I paid $58.11 for 52 print issues. First check was #**** on 2/11 for $19.37. Second check was #**** for $19.37. Third check was #**** on 9/19 for $19.37. This was supposed to be for 52 issues. From February through September, I did not receive 52 issues. Due to a neurological illness, I have to limit the time I spend on computers, so I cannot read articles online - that's why I paid for the print subscription. The subscription was switched over to online without notifying me. I was told after numerous phone calls and emails that print issues can only be found in stores now. Since I have to buy the magazine I already paid for, I am asking for a refund of $58.11, which is what I paid for this year so far. I paid for print issues, not for online issues.

      I paid for 25 print issues of Star Magazine. I received 13 of them and they apparently have stopped printing the magazine. I am requesting a refund of 11 issues which were remaining on my subscription. I have not received any digital issues and am not interested in changing my subscription to digital. The last print issue I received was December 9, 2024.

      5/17/24- ***** 7/10/24-***** 7/30/24-***** 8/6/24 -***** total ***** Star Magazine discontinued my printed subscription and went digital. I was not notified until I called regarding my missing magazines. I do not want digital and they will refund me $58.11 but only in installments of ***** etc. I want my total refund in one check not several. Also they will not send me an email regarding my refund, therefore I have no proof.

      We are in receipt of ********* ******* complaint about the refund amount received from her Star subscription cancellation. 

      We processed two refund checks totaling $37.27, one in the amount of $17.88 and one for $19.97. There is a refund still due of $20.84.  We are aware that *** ***** requested one check in total and not multiple checks. 

      At this time we can either ask her to void the two checks she received and issue one for $58.11 or we can issue one additional check for $20.84.  Please let us know her preference and we will issue her refund.
