      The January 15th issue is not in stock so we have extended the customers account by one additional issue. 

      The April 1st issue is still in stock so we have sent a replacement copy and she should receive it within 2-3 weeks.

      I mailed Life & Style Magazine $44.95 for a print subscription. Received 4 weekly issues in the mail and then NOTHING. This was supposed to be for at least a year. Life & Style magazine has no customer service phone number. Western Union told me the money order was cashed Feb 1st '24

      On 9/8/2022 I renewed the Soap Opera Digest subscriptions for one year (52 issues) for myself and a gift subscription for my mother with new expiration as follows: Acct ****************** expiration April 2024 - $84.97 Acct ****************** expiration June 19, 2024 - $42.00 We are both long-time subscribers to this magazine. After missing two weekly issues, I went online to report it but instead found a message stating *** was no longer being published, with last issue being Nov 13, 2023. It was well over a month from the last publication date before subscribers were notified by postcard. Rather than refunding the pro-rated balance of the subscriptions, a360 Media transferred the subscriptions to Woman's World without our consent. How is that even legal?I emailed the *** customer service address on the postcard on Jan 3rd requesting a refund and stating we do not want Woman's World. A reply the same day said it was transferred to an agent and I would be contacted when it was processed. It is now 4 weeks later with no response. The 800 number on the postcard is not being answered and the message even states that *** is being mailed on time. When I attempt to send another email, it is flagged as possible spam now and will not send. It is obvious to me that there is no customer service and this is all a scam to keep subscribers' money. In fact, they were still mailing *** renewal forms in October 2023 when they absolutely knew they were discontinuing publication. Thank goodness I did not pay an additional $126.97 to these unethical scam artists to renew beyond 2024.We have started receiving Woman's World but do not want it. It is a rag of a publication and is going directly from the mailbox to the recycle bin. I want a refund and by my calculations it would be approximately $60.

      We apologize the subscriber had such difficulty trying to contacting customer service. We have cancelled the Womans World subscription for both *********************** and *************************.

      There was $35.95 left of service for Soap Opera Digest on each account.We have processed a refund check in the amount of $71.90 to ***********************, check #****.

      The check is written by A360 and should arrive in the next two to three weeks.

      Again, we apologize for any frustration.

On 12/21 I received an email thanking me for providing proof of payment. Have not received any further magazines and their email is no longer valid. At this point I want a refund but I paid by check.

      We cancelled the direct to publisher order and refunded $105.04 back to her credit card. She should see the credit withing **** business days.

      We have extended *** ******* expiration date on her account to the December 16th issue of 2024, based on our previous correspondence.  We believe the timing of the extension has not appeared on her magazine label yet due to pre printing labels in advance. Please check the upcoming labels for the December expiration date.       I have a mailed subscription to In Touch magazine that expires in May or June ****. I have not gotten any magazines since 12/4 (missing 12/11, 12/18, and now 12/25). I also have Us magazine and have gotten all their December issues. When we call to see what is going on, we've been put on hold MULTIPLE times with no one answering. We've emailed the company and no one writes back. I would like to know where my magazines are!

      The original transaction was a check dated June 26, 2023 in the amount of $94.96. It was to renew an annual subscription for Soap Opera Digest. The check was finally cashed September 21, 2023. In the meantime I had not been receiving the magazine. I called October 25, 2023 and spoke to *****. He told me that the check hadn't been processed and that he would take care of it and I would receive the subscription in 4-6 weeks for the next year. The next month I called again and spoke to ***** who said that the magazine is no longer being published and that I had to wait another 2-3 weeks so that they could cancel and send my money back. Then in the mail I received the notice that it was being transferred to a CRAPPY magazine "Woman's World", which I absolutely DO NOT WANT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I've been calling over and over for the past few days the number that they provided - ************. They do not answer the phone and I've tried the website and get nowhere. WHAT A SCAM!!!! I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I never received my refund and a week ago I received the Womans World magazine.  To make matters even worse, a few days later they sent an offer to subscribe.  I cant even begin to say how angry I am about this. This is a cheap magazine. I absolutely DO NOT WANT THIS GOD AWFUL MAGAZINE.  I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
