paid $10 for a promotional 10 week subscription. I cancelled it within the 10 week period but they charged me $18.44 for a renewal and did not refund me when I requested it.

If I could give less than 1, I would.I have had a Sunday only subscription and routinely do not receive delivery. I have requested multiple times for a customer service manager to call me to explain what the problem is with no response. They say they are crediting my account, yet I see no financial credit, it is simply an extension of my subscription which I do not receive. It is a circular argument that never seems to be resolved. This week, after I canceled my subscription out of irritation, I was called and asked to reinstate it. I agreed as long as they guaranteed to resolve the delivery issue. My paper was not delivered. Shame on be for believing a salesman. While I would like to support the print media, I am frustrated a disappointed in the lack of service. I am sending yet another request for a call and correction for the non-delivery as promised, but I am not optimistic and will be cancelling my subscription for good.

Complete and utter garbage. I sign up for a subscription, paid in whole for a special subscription, never received a single newspaper, never refunded, canceled my subscription, and they have continuously tried to bill my account, even though I have called and complained over five times. I warned them that Id be going to the BBB if this continues to happen and here we are. They have tried to build my account three times since morning them that I would contact the BBB.

I am a subscriber to the New York Post for a long time. I just noticed that despite cancelling the paper for two weeks this year the Post still charged the same monthly fee. I called and the woman said they would credit my subscription. What that means to the Post is extend my subscription. This is the same thing they say when a paper is not delivered. Is that legal. How do charge someone for something they never received? At some point every subscription service ends. If I moved tomorrow and ended my subscription, is the Post going to continue to deliver to my house for weeks that they have credited me? If I don't get a paper then I should have the bill lowered the next month. When I asked to speak to a Manager because the woman on the phone had no answers, she said there are no Managers available. Really? Newspaper subscription has dropped like a rock in my lifetime, yet these Managers have no time for customers. Give me a break. I plan on cancelling soon if this does not change and wonder how they get away with it in the first place.

I would give zero stars if it was an option!! Basically everything everyone else is saying.. They charge upfront then don't deliver your paper. I had a one month ( 7 days a week) subscription for my elderly father who passed away during subscription and received 5 papers. So paid for 31 papers received 5. I attempted to argue the point with customer service but they were not willing to refund for the missing papers only extend subscription. I explained that the person who read the paper died and they just weren't listening so I said uncle, It's simply not worth getting wound up over a trash publication. Personally I would rather read a cereal box than the ** Post it is literally garbage Journalism. .. Save your money and skip the Post. If you like reading the paper order the ** Times or ******************** You'll be better informed and actually recieve your paper.

I'm a new subscriber to the New York Post. I started my subscription on June 16th. From day one they delivered me the New *********** I callled and complained, they told me they would fix. The next day they delivered me the New *********** I called again, they told me they would escalate the issue to upper management and get it corrected. The next day they delivered the New *********** I called again, they told me they would escalate the issue to upper management and someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me. They told me I would receive an email as a follow up to my phone calls. I never received an email. Now into this weekend of June 23rd. I still got the New ********** delivered. I called and complained again. They told me they would change carriers. Here we are today, June 24th, they delivered the New ********** again. This time I called to cancel the subscription. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. They mislead the customer into thinking they are paying for one thing and deliver something else. Poor service and phone etiquette. Will never go back. The funny thing is I was really excited to get the Post. They ruined the whole experience!!

Why cant i get information From the NEW YORK POST, as to why i cannot my paper delivered, the whole month of January no paper. I have tried calling the customer service # to no avail, cannot talk to a manager, as there is never one around ,WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A MANAGER ON DUTY ,cannot be transferred to another area, they take your money out of your account fast enough but you have to fight to get your money back. I had cancelled and got some of my money back, but out of nowhere a paper was delivered, so i called back thing thinking the problem was resolved and was told i would have my paper on Feb 2nd it is now Feb 3rd and no paper. Why is the Post not being Transparent to there customers. Been with them a long time with no issues. Please help me get an answer, you can see there is a lot of customers out there angry

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service of the ** Post used to be good when I lived in the Bronx. Every since I moved to ******************** 2 months ago, I received the delivery 3 times. Each time I called to file a missed delivery, I would receive the same response "I'm sorry, we'll reach out to the delivery". Then it stopped all together. I cancelled and then waiting and tried again and the same issue happened. No one was helpful AT ALL!!! No response nothing. Every time I would ask for a manager, there wasn't one available, which is ** if you ask me.They were so unprofessional in how they handled this. They would say someone will call you back and then salience, never received a call back or even an e-mail. My husband loves to read the actual paper and not online, Guess we'll be sticking with just the ** ***** **** which we have no problems with
