      They dont know anything about people, and all of their records about us are just baseless lies that affect people's credit scores and monthly premiums. They run business out of people's financial detriments. Any body who got their wrong records can file a complaint at ************************. Dont let them make money based on your disadvantage. Their business must be closed

      This company reports incorrect information resulting in higher rates, no coverage or denial letters. When i went to purchase a vehicle the dealer came back and said i had a low score, i was shocked because my credit scores from the three major credit bureaus was high! i found out that Lexis Nexis gave them a low "social score" resulting in higher interest rates. i ordered my file and disputed all incorrect info, now they're lying and saying I've been uninsured for more than 30 days resulting in me not being able to insure my vehicle.

      If it were possible to give a lower score, I would. Completely unprofessional! Had to contact 4 times to get a report from them and it took several months to recieve it. Insurance companies shouldnt use companies with this low of a business rating to base their premiums for insurance coverage off of!

      When our law firm signed with this company, they promised us a secondary access with no cost to another attorney. However, when the attorney left the law firm, and we asked the access to his substitute, they not only did not give the right access (credentials to an AZ attorney), but they start charging the firm the double. I asked for them to let me out of that part of the contract and they refused. I could not be angrier with this company, I'm stuck with a useless service for one more year that I will never use that will end up costing me a lot of money .Lawyers don't like injustice. And this place is the definition of injustice. Do your legal research anywhere else.

      Just had the worst representative (***), as per them, their system is down for a week already. Nothing is being done, other than telling costumers to call back in one hour. Which I have been doing for the last few days. This *** thing was very rude to me, i didnt even finish my sentence to give me the reference number for my call, he hang up. Dispute how many times I asked him to give me supervisor, he didnt transfer me. FYI . There is nothing on their website saying that system is down. Bunch of layers, who sit there and doesnt want to do anything.

      Ive requested my credit report not once but three times and I was hung up on for requesting a manger asked the same repeating questions ! All for my credit report and then they send a link with a pin for easy access to my credit report this is the craziest thing I ever encountered in my life if you are going to send out my information to my life you should ***** out paper work with this information the whole company needs and investigation waste of time .

      I have had premium increases and an auto policy cancelled due to a report submitted to my insurance carrier by LexisNexis. I have made written requests, phone requests and email requests. I have had to response. I still do not have the report they sent to my insurance carrier. It has been over 2 months and they ignore my requests, I have since contacted the Attorney General and Insurance Commissioner to get their assistance.

      If you are going to leave a bad review, leave a complaint. It seems it's the only way they will respond. We are not customers. The businesses that use them are their customers.I recently received a random letter stating they're adding 12 derogatory marks on my account. I have 2 wait two weeks now to find out what they're talking about, then I need to find out why it matters. I've dealt with them before and the only issue I have is the length of time it takes to reach a person on the phone and just to get clarity on my account that they have piled together.

      We tried to get our customer disclosure ***ort and ********************** would not give us the ***ort we requested. The customer service *** said our address was incorrect, I have lived at the same address for 20 years. I had to submit more information confirming my address because they do not provide us with the ***ort. They are just making it difficult, so they do not have to provide us with the ***ort.
