      Over a ********* xray report is still not available! The tech had said the results would be two or three days. I emailed after five days and the person who replied said she would mark it as STAT. Waited two days - still no report. The two phone numbers on the persons email were both not working. I tried the number on their site and its impossible to get a person. Finally got a person via chat who said the reports are done/posted at the discretion of the radiologist. What! I demanded a valid number to call. Its now been over a week so I called this morning & the agent assured me she would expedite it and Ill have the report in a few hours. Its now end of day & still no report! This is unacceptable! Whoever this radiologist is deserves to lose his/her license!

      Their phone number is a wall; an circular automated system that directs you to an online portal with terrible usability. It does not have the right, necessary, or clear choices to make an appointment. If you want to make a small change to your appointment because of their lacking system the person on the line (if you're lucky to get one) can't do anything for you. In my case, their only option for "help" was to reschedule my appointment to a much farther location.I it disgusting that their automation efforts (to make more money) are causing already stressful medical situation to become even more stressful.

      At Lenox Hill Radiology, patient satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We have thoroughly reviewed the matter and are using this opportunity to enhance the patient experience based on Mr. ******* feedback.We are in the process of making improvements to our patient portal. We offer certain exams on a walk-in basis. However, patients also have the option to schedule these exams online through the patient portal.Such as in Mr. ******* case, this includes making the scheduling of certain exams, which may be confusing for patients, easier to locate on the portal and distinguish between other exams of the same anatomical region. Additionally, we have used this opportunity to provide coaching to the employee involved in the patient interaction.

      I arrived at 9:10am as instructed for a 9:30am breast ultrasound appointment. Its now 10:20am and Im still sitting in the waiting room.

      This business, by their own admission, is NOT BBB accredited. What more do you need to know?My review, which contained a litany of complaints and/or deficiencies, was promptly taken down yesterday.PSYCHAITRY: I was given an app't to which two teen-aged "interns" were dispatched.. After an appropriate interval, I was told the doctor I had been scheduled to see was "an endocrinologist, not a psychaitrist." They were amused I was hoodwinked. When I requested the date I was seen, I was told there was no record of it because SOCIAL WORKER: She listened to me for an hour, got up, and left. Asked about my session later, I was laughingly told, "Oh, we don't use her anymore." However, her name appears on the **** directory to this ****** ***************, Contrary to State Law, i was prescribed a bottle of Zolpidem with 3-refills to join a practice on nearby ***********. Refills for CS's, by State Law are a VIOLATION OF STATE LAW. I changed practices but kept that bottle as Exhibit #1. On my initial visit to ********, I arrived with my wife and was enthusiastically greeted with, "Oh, you're the one with the drug problem." I never confided in my wife I had ever had a drug problem. This is a clear violation of ** patient privilege.**. *** ******, ***************** Among the many faux pas he committed was not inquiring as to why I was suddenly walking with a ******. (I was not treated by LHH ER because though I had fallen and had ******************, it was found I had contracted Covid-19, was treated, and told to return in 10 days. **. ****** refilled an ordinary prescription and billed my insurance company for an "intervention.," a procedure any simpleton can perform. His unprofessional. manner included sitting at a computer -- with his back to me and my wife was the last straw. OPTOMETRY: best characterized as a ******** mill. Hallways crowded with migrants one of who was tasked with approving card transactions. IF THIS REVIEW IS DELETED AGAIN, I WILL SEE U IN **

      Just terrible. Avoid them if at all possible. They flat-out refused to send info showing medical necessity to ******** for a procedure I had. Of course, ******** denied the claim and I seem to have little recourse. They seem to believe that my agreeing to pay if insurance does not relieves them of the responsibility to provide information to ********.

      **************** her name is **** I been to this location on two separate occasions and received just some of the most nastiest unacceptable attitude for no reason I was asked irrelevant questions resulting in a delay of time for my service after answering question even calling my lawyer for information this the resulted to me being rescheduled for part of test I agreed because honesty I was *********************************************************************************************************************************************** having to talk to director ******* for her attitude and energy to change untimely for the fist time in my life this lady made me wish I was someone else I never felt so low because of the treatment I received finally she called security and said I wont leave not knowing her ****** ******* was on the phone upon realizing that is when she began to act like a professional no human should feel lesser than in this world and its **** here in *********************************************************************************************** did anything like this because this one really hurt my soul

      I went to Lenox Hill Radiology on November 4th for hip pain from a fall to see if there was damage.I checked daily for the report of findings. On November 12tth the report finally showed up. It took nine days to get the results. This was a plain film x-ray that could have been read and reported the same day. I find this to be totally unacceptable and in the future if I need a radiologist I will look elsewhere. I now understand why you have a F rating with BBB.

      AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TO WAIT WAY OVER A WEEK FOR TEST RESULTS.DOCTORS AND PATIENTS HAVING TO WAIT OVER A WEEK FOR A REPORT THAT IS DISGRACEFJL, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PATIENTS ARE IN PAIN. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

      lenox hill radiology answering people intentionally made me miss work and loose my job.They do not know anything about the job they are doing, They put me on 1 hour hold to just tell me when the business is open - I had 1 question that would take 30sec to answer, then an additional hour when I asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint, then the manager put me on another 45 min hold to do the report and contact the office I would visit for my MRI.Leaving me with inability to get an MRI, and lost my job because I had to leave 15 min after my initial call, but only stayed on due to the dire emergency of my situation, and still received no help.And caused me potentially life long loss of use of my arms because of the people who work theres spite, unprofessionalism, and hate. And did everything in their power to intentionally make sure I did not receive any help.

      At Lenox Hill Radiology, we strive in making patient appointments accurate at the time of scheduling. We have access to pull recordings to verify the date and time of each call, and quality of each call to coach staff when necessary. We have reviewed the most recent calls from the patient and found the following: One call was placed from the patient on 9/5/24 to Lenox Hill Radiology- Call was received at 7:54am. ****** requested a manager and was placed on hold for 28minutes and 3 seconds while attempting to get a manager on the line. This has been addressed with our staff member to prevent this from happening again.

      Went to Lenox Hill Radiology in ********** for an ultrasound. Technician said no need to empty pockets. I did not realize I'd be rolling around on a table. Half way through tech needed me to go back to waiting room to drink water. After a few minutes I realized my wallet was gone. I got the manager and said check the cameras, theres only a few people here and it will be easy to see who grabbed it. Signs posted stating facility is monitered by cameras. Few minutes prior a man come in and is super friendly with guy at front desk and it is clear they know each other. After a few minutes guy say "guess i'm in the wrong place", and leaves. Manager says cameras not working today, real sorry and then refused to give the name of the man who was in the facility that left . Half an hour later a man is seen using my **** card a few towns away matching his description.When telling story to others they said didn't you put your stuff in a locker? we always do. I had no idea quality places give you that option.This facility did nothing but circle to wagons to protect themselves knowing full well what happened to my wallet. It contained 600 dollars worth of cash and gift cards along with my credit cards and all my identity. Seems awfully convenient for the facility that the front desks ***** popped in and left within minutes at a time all the cameras were supposedly not working and a wallet was stolen.I suggest you avoid this place.

      The patient was contacted by the Regional Manager after leaving the site to advise of what occurred. An investigation occurred immediately based upon the individuals allegations. The exam for which the individual presented to the office did not require the removal of the individuals personal clothing or possessions. There are multiple Patient Guidelines postings throughout the facility notifying the patient that facility staff are not responsible for patient items. While there are cameras located in the facility, there was a reported issue that caused the cameras to stop working, and the part required to correct the issue has been ordered; however, at the time it was on back-order. The part has been installed and the cameras are fully operational. The wallet was never seen by any team member, nor was it turned into anyone in the facility. The manager investigated the patient allegations of the individual at the front desk. It was determined that while this individual was a scheduled patient of ours, the individual arrived to the incorrect location and was directed to the accurate scheduled site. The Facility Manager spoke with the police at the time of the incident, and has cooperated with the police during their ongoing investigation.
