              About a year ago, ASD Solar LP acquired our solar lease from another company. Since then we have been trying to get access to their online portal to ensure we are still receiving service from them, as well as to pay our bill. They continue to tell us that they can not verify who we are (due to an admin error on their side that mixed up my husbands and my last names.) We've sent copies of our drivers licenses and contract as they requested, and still have had no luck getting this resolved because they say they can not validate the data. They asked us to send copies of our social security cards over non-secure email, which we refuse to do due to personal security. At this point, our account is a year overdue. We would be happy to pay the bill, but we do not have access to our account portal or any sort of information that we are still getting the service. Its been extremely frustrating. We can't pass their security checks to speak to people on the phone due to their error. We have no idea how to proceed, as we will not pay for something that we can not prove we are receiving.

              Can I leave a 0 star review? WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!LIES, SCAMS, WASTED MONEY. I bought in around 2007ish. Their sales person lied through his teeth. By the time I figured it out, it was too late. They delayed the start date until after the pull out date. Accused ****** for the delay.... 3 months instead of the promised 2 weeks. I called ****** and they had proof it was ASD. Paying for panels plus paying for electricity ended up being more per month than electricity alone. RIP OFF! Then no one would ever come out to clean them. Now, in 2024 we're moving... except that getting the pay-off for the buyers of our home is proving impossible. It's been 5 days already. I've been lied to daily by the nicest customer service guys ever. No help AT ALL. The request for info takes 2-3 days to get picked up by the admin ******* which will take about 5 business days to get the pay-off info together... and then they might send it to me by email. Lost that buyer. Can I find pay-off info on my account on their website? No. **************** people? No. Supervisors? Nope. 10 days for an email??WORST COMPANY EVER!!WILL NEVER HAVE SOLAR FOR HOUSING EVER AGAIN!!
