I purchased 6 months of contacts from Cohen's Fashion Optical on December 9,2022. The employees at the store told me they would order trials for me before I get the contacts to see if the prescription they put in the contacts will adjust to my eyes correctly. I have a receipt from ******* that shows they were supposed to order the trials which I will upload on the supporting documents. They also offered a free month of contacts because I purchased the 6 months of contacts which I accepted. When my contacts arrived at the store the staff never informed me they were there, I had to call them to check and see if my contacts arrived at the location. When I was finally notified that the contacts were there they told me just the 6 month order was there and not the trials and the free months of contacts they told me they would have. They explained to me that the company they order the contacts from are on back order and it may take time for me to receive my trial ********** free month of contacts. So I explained to them essentially I am taking 6 months of contacts that we don't know will be comfortable with my eyes and can potentially hurt my vision. I told them I will pick up my contacts when they have the full order I payed for with the trials and the free month of contacts they said they would give me. The staff told me they would call me and keep me updated on the missing contacts in which they never did. After numerous attempts of trying to resolve this issue it became clear to me they didn't care about me getting the full supply. So after almost a month since the purchase I called customer service representative *************************** on January 4, 2023 and left a detailed message about my complaint. Instead of calling me like I asked her, she left an email stating my trials were to be shipped on January 9, ********************************** which they haven't done. It is now January 11, 2023 a month since I purchased my contacts and I haven't received my full order yet.
