      i never even got to the point of receiving my ordered lenses. I ordered on 2/3, immediately debited from my bank. 2/8 I receive an email asking if I was smart enough to have ordered the correct item because for 199 dollars more i could get progressive lenses. I ordered single vision distance.. realizing my lenses hadn't even gone to the lab for processing, I requested a cancel again I'm treated as if I don't know what I am ordering or saying.. but are you sure you want to cancel? YES we shall see what happens. this was a splurge as my primary eyewear are contacts If I had ordered **********, I would have had my glasses by now.. ****** learned and back to *****

      VERY slow service! Unhelpful auto emailed responses:( My first order had tons of issues even thought I followed every direction given. It took a long time just to get my prescription from my optometrist then the program for measuring wasn’t working and they told me to send a picture in. I did just that and then they said I HAD to use the app which after try #7 FINALLY worked. This went on a little over a month. I will assume some of that I guess. Maybe I wasn’t using app correctly and I could have just picked up my prescription instead of Pair contacting the optometrist. When the glasses came I was super excited and I do love them so I decided to give Pair another chance. I placed an order on Jan 24 received a confirmation number the same day. I even paid $60 for rush shipping and here it is Feb 2 and nothing!!! I tried to reach out to them and just received and auto response saying it would be 3-5 days before someone could respond to my email!! I am furious!!! As great as the idea is for these glasses are it is NOT worth the trouble!! Heck the glasses I order from ******* ship faster then Pair! I’m Extremely disappointed!

      Omg!!! Where to start frat it said first pair $54. That was a lie $258. So I said I’ll try it one time. Hear nothing from them. A week later they contact me and say we need a signed script from my eye dr. Never had any other online place ask for this so I contact them via chat. Their rep lies to me about it being a law. I cancelled right then and posted the chat log in ********. Blasted them in *****. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

      If zero stars was an option they would get ZERO stars. Terrible customer service, takes weeks for anyone to answer email. And if you had an issue don't expect anyone to actually care and all you will get is scripted non-personalized responses if you are lucky enough to actually get one. Poor quality, you get what you pay for. Will never use PAIR again.

      Super slow service. They post orders ship on a certain day but all they do is create the label and not ship the product for another 14 days. Every customer service agent tells you a different story. If you need glasses in a hurry, go somewhere else and dont order anything holiday related unless you have a month to wait for it.

      It was bumpy at first and had to send back my first pairs but the customer service was above and beyond. So helpful and responsive. Finally got it all sorted out and got my glasses. I would recommend just based on the service I received, including a phone call to explain things because it was better to answer the questions in email and a phone call to answer questions immediately, I didnt even ask for the call but its that extra effort. People need to understand that things take time. Mad about the 14 day time frame? It takes 14 days at your local optometrist too. This company has my repeat business because I was shown care and understanding, above and beyond customer service!

      I would give them zero stars if I could. Their customer ***************** control is horrible. My prescription glasses arrived with a scratch so noticable on the lens I can't believe they were shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone. You have to leave a messge at a phone number or email which they do not respond to. I paid over $300.00 just for the ************************* I will never order online again. I will stick to my ************** eyeglass store. Great concept, horrible follow through. I cannot trust a company if they cannot deliver or fix their own problems.

      Terrible company!!! Worst customer service ever!! Ordered glasses for my daughter with holiday covers. Never got the holiday covers. Cant get anyone to respond to emails or voicemails. Just another company out to make a quick buck. Daughter was so disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Save your money and buy from a legitimate company. Im sure its going to take months to get my money back from these jerks!!
