      I reached out to stadium goods letting them know that I did not receive my shoes. They told me to file a claim. Even though i provided them proof or the claim saying the package was lost they still would not issue me a refund. Terrible customer service and do not follow their policies.

      The customer service here is terrible. I submitted proper information that they asked me too. Poor customer service. Even with evidence you all still wont issue me a refund for my order.       I had an absolutely horrible experience with Stadium Goods and will never be shopping with them again. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, and not only did they take forever to arrive, but when they finally did, they were too small and looked dirty, as if they had been worn or stored improperly.Trying to return them was a nightmare. It took ages to get a response from their customer service, and when they finally replied, they offered zero help beyond a providing a return tracking label. I had to pay for my own box, which is ridiculous for a company that sells premium-priced sneakers.After returning the shoes, I expected a prompt refund, but of course, that didnt happen. Two months later, I am still waiting for my $176 back! Ive had to file a dispute with my credit card just to get my money because Stadium Goods is completely unresponsive.This entire process has been beyond frustrating, slow shipping, dirty shoes, terrible customer service, and now a never-ending wait for a refund. Avoid Stadium Goods at all costs! They clearly dont care about their customers, only about taking your money.

      I consigned with Stadium Goods and purchased their insurance for the shipment as recommended. They told me my items were crushed in route and refused to process my claim. They kept stating *** was investigating then stopped responding to any of my inquiries. I never received my refund or the damaged product.

      I bought a pair of Yeezy slides (sandals) for my son for Christmas. They arrived December 12th. I did a guest checkout. I talked to a representative today and tried to schedule a return today. They said their return window closed Jan 2nd. I could've believed it. The representative then said their regular return window is 3 days. I would've never did any business had I known this. I believe this is unacceptable and would like my return accepted as I am within 30 days.

      I was not aware of their horrible return policy and would not have used them if I had known. Again, they are not even attempting to have any resolution. I have not used the product and honestly question such a short return window.

      I was out of town when I ordered the gift (as well as when it was delivered). I did not even get to give the gift until December 27th. I was then notified that gift would like to be returned. There was no gift receipt option (or that I was aware of) and honestly believed there would be at least until the end of January to return (as most respectable/honest businesses provide during the holidays).

      I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from stadium goods on 11/24/2024 through affirm. The email confirmation said it took 1-3 business days to process. 12/1 I received an email one of my sneakers was on the way. 12/4 I received an email stating that it second out of sneakers was canceled. The order went from $244.63 to $ ******. After 12/4 Ive contacted Stadium Goods various times to get an update on my refund. I was then told it would take 10 business days to process. The 10th business day was last week Wednesday 12/18. I called stadium goods once more and they have no answer for me. As mentioned I paid through Affirm and the payments to affirm are coming out my card. Ive already paid ******. They actually owe me a refund since the purchase became ******. On December 24th another payment to affirm will come out because the order still doesnt reflect the refund. At this point Im paying for the entire original order yet it was canceled by the merchant on 12/4. Im not sure why they are stalling on my refund yet this isnt ok. if I stop payment to affirm our relationship will be affected meanwhile stadium goods says nothing and keeps telling me Im right yet they are waiting for the warehouse.

      I ordered a pair of sneakers from Stadium Goods on April 26, 2024, and paid $1418.37. Upon receiving the shoes, I noticed they appeared fake. I attempted to return the order, but Stadium Goods refused to accept the return. As a next step, I sent the shoes to StockX for verification, and they also confirmed that the shoes were fake.

      We ordered a pair of retro ****** shoes. Theres nothing on the site that says they sell consignment goods, when we first receive them, I asked if they were authentic they didnt reply. Then my son wore them once and there was a bad manufacturing issue in the toe area that gave him a blister, they asked me to send pictures I did.       I ordered a pair of shoes from the merchant that were damaged during transit and returned to sender by the shipper during the shipping process, I never received the shoes and the tracking information shows this clearly however when requesting a refund from the merchant they continue to tell me they are waiting for an update from the warehouse and can't process a refund until they contact them. I never received the shoes in the first place, this is between the merchant and shipper but my money is not being refunded. **************** is unwilling to help and just keep saying the same thing with no alternative numbers to call for assistance.            I am writing to ask why the complaint has been closed? This vendor has done nothing and in your last email communication it said to respond if the issue was resolved, not to respond and say that it hasn't been resolved. 

      Please reopen this case as the vendor hasn't refunded the money and continues to have no clear communication of the refund coming at any time, they responded but in typical fashion to delay and not refund my money. Thank you!!
