*claim number associated with the return of funds from *** for $165.49 is ********** .Two Email associated to the shipping label and entity is *************** email CLURIER@farfetch.************ *** customer service department carrying out the investigation Upon proceeding with a return I purchased on **************** on May 1st ************************************** which I was issued a shipping label by email from **************** to return the merchandise . I arrived at ******* drop off location #**** at ************** on Saturday May 4th at 3:01 pm to have the label be scanned for the item be returned to the merchant **************** .I called the store I initially dropped off the package at on ********* and explained to the associate the information provided to me when entering the tracking numbers to view the progress.I called and provided the tracking number as well explained the matter with the Stadium goods associate whom initially assisted me with my return by the name of ****** and she assured me that she will contact *** and request an investigation be carried out as to why the status of the package is not making substantial progress .A few days later *** customer service department issuing the investigation called my phone and stated the investigation in ongoing and they will follow up with me. On May 21th I received an email from **************** indicating that I will not be granted a refund due to the item not being returned .The information regarding the status and location of package was inconclusive and concluded as lost therefore why the funds were released from *** .I am not reliable nor responsible for the package once it is in the care of *** .My receipt which I have provided states a time period and date of my visit to the location of the entity issuing a palpable documented form transaction which transpired .Customer Answer

On February 29th, I ordered a pair of shoes from stadium goods. I assumed the purchase of shoes would be authentic however they sent me a pair of replicated shoes. Although instructed to check the shoes, I later found out the shoes are indeed replicated, unofficial shoes.Initial Complaint

I am selling a pair of shoes on Stadium Goods. I was competing with other people to be the lowest price for my listing back in Jan 2024. And I was managed to bring down the price and be the lowest price but my listing, however, was not sold as the first. They sold someone else's listing before mine even though I was the first to set the lowest price. Now my shoes are still listed at Stadium Goods and I am being charged $2/month until it is sold.I contacted their customer service ****************** to complain about this UNFAIR rule, but she would not listen and keep repeating the same stuff. My order tracking showed delivered but was never delivered to my home I have cameras all over the outside of my house and know it was never delivered to my. I contacted carried and merchant both claimed it was delivered. I filed dispute with bank and ******** denied dispute saying package was properly delivered when it wasn't. So now I'm out an item I ordered and my money to me this is a scam. I want either my item or my money refunded foe the item I never recieved.Customer Answer

On December 28, 2023 I ordered a pair of Brazilian Dunks from this company. First of all upon delivery the courier let a minor under the age of 18 sign a document to have the package released. Didnt know if the child stayed at the residence or not. So here i am looking for the shoes. Yet still hasnt shown up. I reached out to the merchant about a refund. No response had came yet. So I reached out to my bank and filed a dispute. By that time I had an email from the merchant telling me to provide what was needed to start an investigation. A week goes by, and the merchant reaches back during the investigation letting me know the status of things. The courier came back out to the apartment asking me questions about did I receive the item and did I know the signature of paper. Told him no I didnt receive the package and I have no clue who the signature belongs too. Thats when the courier tells me that it was a child. I asked him dont you have to be at least 18 years of older to sign for something? He didnt have a response. Me and my significant other called the kids that lived there to see who signature was on the paper. They had no idea who the person name was who signed. I reached back out to merchant let them know that the courier has came out and verified that I didnt receive the package. The merchant reached back out to me to let me know that the investigation has been cleared and they were issuing a refund back to my bank. Another week go by and no refund has been posted to my account. So I reached back out to merchant and they stated due to me having a dispute claim open that they cannot issue a refund. I reached out to my bank and closed the claim. Reached back out to the merchant to let them know that it was closed. The merchant theme replies that I needed a letter of confirmation saying that the dispute is closed. So I called my bank back to ask to provide what was needed. The bank supervisor says that they do not send letters. Told the merchant but no.Customer Answer

Stadium Goods is still saying that my bank has an open dispute case which they dont. I even sent the screenshots like they asked showing that my bank said that I have no open dispute claim. I have called and called. But they keep saying the same thing. They will reach out once they refund team issues the refund. But yet Im still getting told that I have an open dispute when I dont. Dispute was closed January 29, 2024.

I shipped a a pair of sneakers in May 2023 of ****** *********************** 1 for them to sell; I paid Retail $160 for the sneakers. Sneakers are worth ($1100-$1200). *** lost the Package. Package was insured as I paid Stadium Goods directly for the label/insurance. *** claim was approved and paid to Stadium Goods. Stadium Goods still not refunded the insurance payout. This looks like theft as they have not paid me for the Value I paid or the market value of the sneakers. I have 49 documented emails goin back to May. In an August 11th email I was told by them I would receive payment within the next week. December 6th again I was told the "Payment Team is actively goin to resolve this around the holidays". Since day 1, its been all lies, deceit, word play and no insurance payout. Things I've been told by email from ***********************-the client rep whom responds:July 19th: good news, the claim was approved by *** **** for payment Aug 11: Payment in the next week Aug 21: Payment created, waiting for it to be actioned and cleared.Aug 25: still waiting for it to be actioned and clear Sep 12: Waiting to distribute payment Oct 25: No time table has not been specified for payment Nov 17: No update form upper management for payment Dec 6th: Payment to be resolved around the holidays *** Tracking Number: ****************** I also asked to submit a complaint to their "complaints department", I was given a Privacy Policy email address that has nothing to do with submitting a complaint or any higher authority for resolution; their response was Privacy Policy info.All ********************************************* May of 2023.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes from this establishments and decided to cancel the order they did not respond to my request to cancel the order. I only found out that it was canceled when the order shipped back to them instead of being shipped to me which is fine I want to cancel. Anyways, I called them saying I need a refund now they saying eight weeks. That was clearly unacceptable to me. They had the product in my money that is ridiculous. They needed 6 to 8 weeks to refund my money. So I I filed with my credit card company they lied my credit card company saying that I received the merchandise when I didnt and challenged my dispute. I bought a pair of shoes which were too small. I returned the pair to the seller. The seller rejected my return because they allege the shoes were worn. They were tried on to see if they fit which is normal for anyone buying shoes. I did order a larger size thinking my refund would be granted for the smaller size. Please see pictures below. On November 2nd 2023 I placed an order online. The website was stadiumgoods.com. I ordered "Red Panda low dunks" size 11 shoes. I received an email with the order #****** in the email it stated "Orders require 1-3 days processing time prior to shipment. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has shipped." I have yet to receive the shoes or tracking number and as of today. it has been over a month. I called December 6th and was told they would look into it. I have yet receive any other information about my order.
