    I ordered a Luma One mask for $249 from Caresole.com on 2/16/25. Order #*****. I received the item on 2/28/25. I use the item 3 times without incident, but on the fourth time the item malfunctioned and would not turn on. I emailed caresole.com on 3/17/25 to let them know of the issue with the product. I received no answer. I emailed again on 3/22/25 with no response. I also called customer service. The customer service line puts you on hold for about two minutes and then disconnects. I tried customer service again today and the same exact thing happened three times. Youre always put on hold and approximately two minutes the call disconnects.

    They agreed ro refund an item if returned to the address they provided. Sent return on July 11th 2024, just today 3/25/2025 received the item back. Never received a refund and sent item back. Not to mention the $30 **** fee I had to pay to ship it back.

    1/9/2025 order #***** for a ************** for $49.95. Received on 1/20/25 - it was too large for my feet - I ordered a small. I paid for this with my ****** account so I have a record of what I paid. I sent an email and tried to call the number - no response - the call dropped after being on hold 10 minutes. It said a 30 day free trial/return policy so I mailed the product back on 2/7/25 with a letter with the above information. I haven't received any word from the company. I tried to call again today and the call dropped again. I also send an email today and no response. I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of.

    12/16/2024 i ordered 2 knee sleeves, medium size. They sent me 4 knee sleeves, size extra-large. I have no problem paying the ***** for 4 knee sleeves. I tried calling them they never answer the phone but hang up after a short time. I sent them several E-mails, but they never reply.

    My wife ordered a mask. The cost of the mask was 208 95. They sent me three masks and charge me for three masks.Ive been trying to get a hold of someone from there to get an address to mail back the two that we dont want and get reimbursed for it. Ive called their number multitude of times. It rings for ***** times and then it hangs up. I sent an email twice and have not gotten a response. Please help thank you. My wifes name is ***** ********* *********, my name is Ed ***** It was paid with my ******** card and I still show it on my card. Thank you.

    I purchased 2 knee braces from Caresole on 12-26-2024 for a total of $69.90 with a 90 day money back guarantee. I have emailed them twice, to ******************** on1-17-2025 and 1-29-2025, for instructions for a refund and where to mail the 2 Circa Knee Sleeve back? I have never received an answer to my emails, their phone number ************ has no live person and cuts off after 2 minutes, but I keep getting emails to buy more of their products. The address on the envelope I received them from is Express Online Seller, ***************************************, for which I cannot get a phone number for. They have received payment from my credit card company and I cannot get my money back. I dont want to mail them back where they came from without instructions and I am running out of money back guarantee time.What can I do about this to return their product and get my money back. I am not happy with the product.

    The company gives a satisfaction guarantee for full money return for their products. They list a U.S. address on their ads. When you want to return the product, you are told you have to pay the cost of shipping it to *****!!Very deceptive! Or they offer a 30% refund and you can keep it. This is to prevent people from requesting a full refund!
