I ordered a Luma One red light mask on 11/01/24 and my bank account was debited on 11/19/24. I have copies of my bank statement). After only using 4 times, the mask stopped working. I have attempted to call Caresole numerous times only to be cut off after holding for a few minutes. I emailed the company as suggested on the phone recording, but never received a reply. On 11-27-2024 I ordered a left and right knee brace. Once I received the knee braces, I realized that they were too small to fit me and contacted the company for a return via email. I sent three emails stating that I would like information on how to return the product and never received a response in the last email, I also informed them that if I did not receive a response, I would be contacting the Better Business BureauCustomer Answer

I bought 1x Luma One Mask from Caresole and want to return it because I ask my dermatologist if this would work and they said it was a ***** ** **** and company said full refund no questions asked. It was sent to me from ******************* Caresole ************************************************************* not from ***** where they said i had to send back Caresole Returns, ************************************************************************* this would cost almost what the product cost me. There is no reason that i should not be able to send back to the *** address the same address i got it from and get my refund. they are a scam many bad reviews about the shipping so people wont send back and have to keep product. pay pal is not helping me at all and don't understand what happened. I ordered this product and it was to small. I have sent 4 emails regarding this along with invoice asking to return the item. They have not contacted me at all. Upon a referral, placed an order on 7-3-2024 for 1 pair of the ************** from Caresole. The product was advertised as providing relief to foot pain related to Plantar Fascii. The order process was frustrating as it pressured me to order additional Wraps for reduction in cost. I ultimately ordered the 1 pair for $39.90 and paid an additional $9.95 for expedited shipping. An email confirmation of the Order #***** was received and reflected the charge to my credit card was $49.85. Two weeks later, on 7-16-2024, I received an email from Caresole stating product "delivery" with a Tracking #**************************. Please NOTE: THE PRODUCT WAS NOT RECEIVED ON THIS DATE. Upon receipt, I immediately questioned why I was sent a Size XL, knowing I HAD NOT ORDERED AN XL. The Order confirmation email (7-3-2024) did not reflect a size. I tried it on, it was too large whereas, could not be effective in relieving pain. I initiated my attempts to contact **************************** unsuccessfully, through multiple emails ********************** and phone calls ***************). Phone calls were: 7-29-2024 (3 times) and 8-7-2024 (2 times). On every one of the calls, I was placed on hold to then only be disconnected after several minutes. Emails advising of wrong size and request on where and how to return for a full refund were sent on: 7-26-2024 and 7-29-2024. TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I AM RELUCTANT TO PAY AND SHIP BACK WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF MY $49.85 REFUND.BBB should do something about Caresole who appears to falsely advertise a poorly made product, sending wrong size, aggressively attempt to force customers to purchase more than wanted, AND have ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should not be stuck with a product for pain relief that is not effective due to size. I want a full refund and will be looking for avenues to post my displeasure via review for others to be aware.
