Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to hear that you feel that way.All of our subscriptions are opt-in and require explicit consent from the customer in order for recurring charges to be set up. Our team communicates these details transparently in our diagnostic results, in multiple places at checkout and again via email in our order confirmation. Account management is also easy to handle from our site, and orders can be skipped, manually rescheduled or canceled outright anytime in between orders, prior to processing. If you have any questions on how to make any of those updates, we have a robust series of FAQ walkthroughs on the site, and our customer success team is always happy to help from our side, too.       Pretty much the same as everyone else has said, I cancelled this product, I was still charged $99, I contacted their help desk and they said absolutely no refunds or returns for hygienic reasons. They will NOT send me back my $99 that I had cancelled.

      Thanks for your feedback, ***********Our team confirmed on our side that you unfortunately did not cancel your subscription with us until after your last order was placed, which does not also cancel an order that's been processed and shipped. We make account management easy if any updates are needed in between orders, and our team is always happy to help adjust from our side when contacted.We do not accept returns of personalized regimen orders to uphold our commitment to efficacy and quality products, and these policies are communicated in our FAQ's and via email after first purchase of any subscription order. Re-stocking and re-sending customers previously shipped products is a no-go for us.Give our team a shout if there's anything else we can help with.

      I ordered the cheap trial, and then less than a month later they charged me $150. I got in touch with a representative and told them I did not want the product and they said if I shipped it back, they would assist in giving me a refund. After emailing them back and forth a couple times, they started to say they did not have a shipping address for their warehouse and they would only issue the refund if it reached the warehouse "which is very unlikely" they said. So as of now I am down $150 and do not even have the product to use.

      Avoid this company at all costs. Gave them a try when presented with some decent reviews and a ******************** seem okay, nothing special. Definitely overpriced for what you get. And I suspect their claims of a "hyper-personalized skin care regimen" are pretty dubious. Everyone gets the same products. I gave it a try for the initial 90 day trial, decided it wasn't worth it, and decided to cancel. But, as others have noted, they had already charged me and shipped a 2nd order. No big deal, I'll just return it, right? NOPE. Now they claim they have a "new" policy where they cannot accept returns or issue refunds? For unopened product? Sorry, but that it a sure sign that the company is shady and their products are of questionable quality.

      Super shady company that uses scam tactics, which is unfortunate because their products aren't all that bad (though ridiculously overpriced.) Their products have a lot of glowing, fun reviews, which is because they incentivize great reviews in exchange for free products. Now, they don't specify that the reviews have to be "great", but I'm guessing they don't give free products out to the most clever bad reviews, right? They also auto charge your card without any reminder, and then you can't cancel your order because it ships immediately after your order is placed (usually at 2am so you don't have any time to catch it before it ships.) They also claim their products are "personalized", yet you can buy the same products on Amazon. And they don't take returns because they claim the products are "personalized", yet again, this just isn't true. They have a few options in terms of strength of ingredients, but that's the most personalization you'll get. Overall, it's a s***** company with okay products. With so many skincare companies, there are far better options with much better customer service and far less crappy gimmicks. If their products were so great, they wouldn't have to rely on these bad business practices.

      Absolute scam of a company. I signed up for the free trial and my card was charged 151$ less than a month later with no warning and they will not refund or allow returns. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

      Got the old bait and switch. Signed up for the $5 promotion and was then charged $153 for a 90 month supply not even 30 days after receiving my initial order. To my surprise there is no link to set a password. I was never given any log in info when I signed up. Thankfully, I was able to cancel my subscription through ****** and if they don't respond to my email to login and cancel I will work out getting refunded via ****** or my credit card but this is terrible customer service. The product was ok, but after this I'm switching back to *****. Its cheaper, a better product, and better customer service. This company is sketchy.

      Over drafted my account by $100 with a recurring payment. I had paused my subscription, but they didn't notify me the pause had lifted. They wouldn't cancel the order even though I immediately contacted them. They chose to respond after I had received the shipment confirmation so as to have the excuse the order was already on the way.They do offer a refund policy, but it'll be ***** days from now before I will get back my $100 minus the return shipping they make you pay for.

In that time no additional action was taken to modify or further delay your next subscription order with us from within your account before the next order date, so a regularly scheduled subscription order processed as usual. We have a dedicated FAQ page on how to go about manually resetting your next subscription order date with us, and our support team is always happy to help take care of that from our side when requested.To keep our commitment to fast & reliable shipping, our fulfillment team is staffed to ship all orders on the same day that they're processed. Given this commitment and the volume of orders processed daily, we are not able to guarantee the cancellation of shipment after an order's processed.
