I applied for a loan from this business a little over a month ago with the hopes of a quick turn around as thats what was advertised. I have yet to receive a phone call or a useful email. I have reached out using the contact info given to me but all I receive are what seem to be automatic email responses. I am highly frustrated and want answers.

I have submitted very personal financial details to the company Credit2Biz through an online application process. Following my aplication There was one attempt to contact me in regard to my application. I missed this call as I work m-f 11-8pm. I have politely responded to the emails of the person who reached out to me and have had no response. After several attempts to communicate via phone with your company I have had the same result with no return calls. I am seeking answers to my application status and where and how my financial details were used I would like to know why my accounts have been denied when the claim to your company is providing entrepreneurs like myself funding based on things aside from my personal credit and business credit history. I have not heard anything from the company since I submitted my banking info and my EIN numbers. Being an eager entrepreneur Im simply eager to get funding and start my business. I feel a bit helpless and like I have made a horrible decision with my business information. I am hoping your company can give guidance in how to resolve. I would kindly ask a response and some information on how to obtain a loan from this company as I am trying to fund a business I have made formations with If I have submitted the information wrong I would like to have someone advise me on what was wrong. I would also like to have my data retracted from your database if it is simply to be denied with no subsequent backing. Thank you ******

I had a *** with Biz2Credit that went into collection because of some major life/business things that happened to me. I set up a payment plan with them and have been making weekly payments, but I cannot see my account at all to make sure payments are going toward the balance. It took me months to get an answer on my balance in January which was ~$3850. I have been making payments of $175 weekly since January 10 and have asked on numerous occasions for a current balance with absolutely no response. At this point the *** should be paid in full or very close and yet again I cannot get any answer on what my balance is or any accounting of my payments. I understand that I owe the debt and have never denied this, but to be unable to see my account is just plain wrong. I've never been in this situation with a company before - lack of transparency is crazy. I'm posting this to the BBB because I have tried by phone, email and website for weeks with no response yet again. I don't know if the payments that are being withdrawn are even going to my account. I need to find out my balance and have an accounting of my payments towards this debt.

      ****** -

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. We understand the importance of the issues youve raised and are committed to resolving them promptly.

Upon reviewing your file, we acknowledge that while the contract was signed and notarized, there are still some outstanding stipulations that need to be addressed before we can proceed with the disbursement of funds. Specifically, we require a business checking account to be provided for the transaction.

Additionally, we have noted several salary deposits into a personal account on the dates of 03/08, 03/22, and 04/05 and would like to understand more about them to ensure that we have all the necessary information to proceed. Could you please provide us with some context regarding these deposits? This will help us complete our review process and move forward.

We are eager to resolve this situation to your satisfaction and would appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary information. Once we have received and verified these details, we will be better positioned to assist you further.

      Thank you.

Hope you are having a great start to the year, ***********

We're sorry to hear that you feel the rates you might've received were too high and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. We understand that financing decisions are crucial for small businesses, and we want to address your concerns. It's important to note that our loan offerings are designed to provide a faster, more accessible alternative to traditional banks. While our interest rates may reflect market values, it's crucial to consider the advantages we offer, such as expedited processes, minimal paperwork, and unsecured loans that cater to the unique needs of small businesses. We are committed to providing transparency, and want to ensure you are well-informed about the factors that contribute to our rates. The unsecured nature of our loans involves a higher risk for our side, which is reflected in the interest rates. Additionally, we also provide flexible repayment options and extended terms to support the financial stability of our clients.

We genuinely value your feedback, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific situation further. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at **************************************** and we'll do our best to address any additional concerns you may have.

I am an ** of a nonprofit corporation waiting for the disbursements of over $100K in *****s from a city government agency that was delayed in paying ***** funds. We had been waiting for over 1 year for some of the funds and we needed emergency capital for operating expenses while we waited. Biz2credit.com had reached out and offered us $100K in funds, less $2500 in fees. The WEEKLY payments were $2900 for 11 months--for a total of $128K--so that the cost of these funds would be 28%. They indicated that $128**** the total if we paid over 11 months and that was the "cost of capital". I asked if we could pay earlier to avoid those fees and I was assured that I could. I have just found out that 1. all our payments are going against the total of $128,000, not the original $100,000 (which they took $2500 for processing fees for a net amount of $97,500), so after 11 weekly payments of $2900 oour payoff amount is $96,000, and that 2. My credit score has been affected by signing the agreement although I am not the owner of the nonprofit, which, by its definition, has no owner. BE AWARE THAT THIS IS NOT A LOAN, THIS IS A PRODUCT WHICH IS ASSIGN** A VALUE AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. So our nonprofit is losing $28,000 because we needed operating cash while waiting for funding that had already been *****ed to us. FOR THOSE CONSIDERING THIS "FINANCING", IT IS NOT "FINANCING". PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT and YOUR PERSONAL CR**IT SCORE WILL BE AFFECT**.

Hello ******, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have investigated your case, and the terms of your loan were shared and agreed upon by you before we could issue it. Cost of capital is standard practice when it comes to financing and would be incurred from any financial institution (this is not unique to Biz2Credit). All payments go towards the principal amount and interest, which is why the remaining principal owed is not reflective of all the payments made. If you were to pay off your loan early, then you would not have to pay for the remaining cost of capital, however you are still responsible for it up to that point. We have not heard from you on when you plan to pay back your loan early.

We want to be able to resolve this, please reach out to our lead customer service representative at *************************************** to further assist you. Thank you.
