    My email and phone number is registered in DO NOT CALL LIST. However this company keeps messaging/emailing me almost everyday Ive tried to address this issue multiple times to ask to be removed from their data base which seems to have no effect at all. I dont recommend anyone to do business with this company as they clearly dont care about customers rights neither *** comply with US law and consumer protection rights Complaint with *** will be filed tomorrow and Ill seek legal aid $500 per text, call, email

    We have asked PMF multiple times to stop contacting us via our office line, cell phone, and email; they have not complied despite my number being on the DO NOT CALL *********** evidence from other BBB complains, as well as lawsuits files (i.e., ******* v. Premium Merchant Funding One), this is common practice for this business. If Premium Merchant Funding fails to comply with my request immediately, we will file a lawsuit to seeking, but not limited to, complaint resolution, damages, attorney's fees, etc., referencing previous case law already established for such violations.

    We take consumer concerns seriously and strive to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times. However, we would like to clarify that this individual had previously provided consent to be contacted and has been a client of ours in the past.

    Our outreach efforts were conducted in accordance with standard business practices and were intended to offer relevant services. That said, we respect the consumers request and have removed them from our database.     A sales **** who identified himself as ****/******, from Premium Merchant Funding texted me this morning at 9:02am. He then called me at 9:10am and I explained to him that not only was his call at a bad time due to a medical condition with my elderly mother and me waiting for a call from her doctor, but that I wasn't interested. He insisted on talking over me so I told him off and hung up. He called back 3 more times with different phone numbers over the next 5 minutes in order to harass me because I wouldn't talk to him. Each time, the number came up as a Denver phone number in spite of the business being located in ********.

    In 2024, I began receiving unsolicited emails, text messages, phone calls, and other forms of communication from representatives of this company. These messages arrived at all hours, including well beyond normal business hours and past the acceptable timeframe for contacting a potential lead or customer.I have never applied for a business loan with this company, nor have I ever provided my personal cell phone number for business-related purposes. Despite this, I was bombarded with near-daily text messages from different representatives. After enduring this persistent harassment, I emailed the company requesting that they remove my information and cease all further contact.Instead of honoring my request, they absurdly asked me to comb through my messages and calls, identify the names and numbers of their representatives, and report them individuallyan unreasonable burden that they should have addressed through their own records and CRM system. Rather than taking responsibility, they expected me to do their work for them.That was in December 2024. Yet, despite my explicit request, the messages continued in blatant violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).When I followed up once again demanding that they stop, the company had the ******** to claim that the individuals contacting me were not their employees. I immediately provided multiple examples of these individuals using company email addresses, exposing their outright dishonesty. A quick look at other complaintsnot just on this platform, but also on ****** and Yelpreveals a clear pattern of the same unethical behavior toward others.This is not an isolated incident; it is a systemic issue within the companys culture. To this day, they have failed to explain how they obtained my personal information, which raises serious privacy concerns. Their refusal to take responsibility or provide a clear answer is completely unacceptable.

    The repeated violations over several months, despite my formal request for the business to cease contact, are egregious and have cost me significant time. I have an email dated June 26, 2023, sent to an @pmfus address, explicitly requesting that all contact stop. Every instance of contact after that date constitutes a serious violation of federal law. I am open to a reasonable financial settlement; otherwise, I will proceed with filing a civil complaint since the **** provides a private cause of action for violations of the act.

    Several times this company has somehow contacted me through a spoofed cell phone number that is a contact in my phone. I am not sure how they got this information as i am very sensitive with this type of information disclosure. So somehow they are accessing my personal data despite me already telling them to put me on their do not call list. Though the individuals that contacted me claim to have no clue as to how or what number they are calling me from, clearly their company has somehow gotten access to my data and is feeding it to these sales people to get me to try and pick up their calls "from a number in my contact" i have already checked and tried calling that number back which results in me being put through to my actual contact, they are still somehow able to use this number. I do have recorded audio if that is helpful.

    On October 8th, I was contacted by ****** ***** of Premium Merchant Funding. They are a business capital lender and offered me a 2nd lending position of ******, to pay back ******. I was already with ***************** with a 1st position of ******, left to pay off. ***************** offered a reconstructed deal to offer me another ******, in working capital but I was assured by ****** ***** that he was Getting me ******, so I went with the larger funding. What they offered was a lie and they paid off expansion capital who I was happy with and netted me the remaining funds of ******. ****** ***** stated that he did not know that ************* was going to do that. The contract I signed stated I was getting ******, not a pay off and the balance left over. There was no funding phone call. This deal was a lie, the contract was not abided by. I have spoken to Yona supervisor and ***** supervisor all who had yet to rectify the issue. This company does extremely bad business and should be shut down. They are lying and thieving.

    My husband ******* (who goes by ****) and I own a small business and utilized the sba.gov website to find lenders for a SBA loan. *************************** ******************** from Premium Merchant Funding called my husband and discussed our SBA loan needs, then emailed us requesting numerous confidential personal and business finance documents, including our tax returns and bank statements. We sent the information requested and they confirmed receipt of everything on 8/9/24, and then we did not hear from them until we reached out to them again today 8/21/24. Starting on Monday last week (8/12/24) both ******* and I started getting increasing numbers of spam calls, as well as texts. The calls have continued to increase to the point that ******* cannot even use his phone during certain periods in the day because multiple spam calls are coming in at once. Then today 8/21/24 I received a text from someone saying theyre with signet capital, a company we have never heard of, and they have our bank statements, and even reference the last 4 digits of our account number. Another call ******* received said are you sure? But I have all your information here! When he told him not to call back. I tried calling ******* at the numbers in his email signature but those numbers are not legit. We emailed him requesting ************ called ******* from his other cell & when we asked about the calls and giving out our personal information, he said yeah thats just what my company does. After looking into this company on Yelp, there are other people who report the same experience as well.

    This company calls me multiple times a day from a different number every time they call i say i'm not interested i want them to stop calling me
