            No stars if I could. First, when the funds were disbursed, I could not access my payment history or statements without contacting them every single time. There was no phone number, only an email. Secondly, you could not get a payoff statement either, you had to contact them to get that. Finally, I refinanced the loan and they were paid by wire IN FULL. Now they are playing games and will not confirm this is the case without a letter from my new lender. There's no account to log in to to show a $0 balance, and they are denying my loan was paid even though I have wire confirmation. Where did the money from the wire go?.

            Thank you for your review. Salaryo is an online business lender. We provide our borrowers with a self-service online account to manage their loan. Borrowers can also use email to communicate with our team and submit requests, and Salaryo representatives are available over the phone if required, as was the case here. Payoff statements are available and provided to all Salaryo borrowers upon request, and were provided to the borrower in question as well, and so are ************ confirmations. In the case described, the borrower has asked another lender to payoff their Salaryo loan, yet they failed to provide any details of the incoming transfer. Salaryo CS reps and billing team responded immediately, searched and found the specified transaction, credited the borrower's balance and their loan was successfully concluded on the samne business day.
