    On 27 October 2024 I placed an online order (Order #****) for a wrestling singlet for my son along with some sweatshirts and a polo shirt with matching logos for my family to cheer him on. I sent an email on 4 November asking for an update. I received a text message from ***** ******* the same day asking for me to call him. When I called he explained that those products had been discontinued and that he would refund me. I did not receive a refund and I sent a text on 7 November and an email on 9 November alerting them to this fact. ***** called me back on 11 November and told me that they had processed the refund, but it might not have hit my account due to the Veterans Day holiday.I still have not received the refund. I sent yet another email on 15 November telling them so and I have not received any communication since. I just want my money returned.

    I purchased an item from the companys website on October 4, 2024. I was traveling from ****** to ** and driving to Vegas for a wrestling tournament. Therefore, I paid 4-day shipping for the product to be shipped to my mother-in-law in LA so I could pick it up from her before driving to *****. By October 13, my order had no updates so I emailed the company. I did not hear back. Same day, I called the company. I explained my situation to ***** and, right away, he blamed the shipping companies. Theres been a mix up with ***** and **** He told me he would expedite my order so I would receive it by Thursday, October 17. I told him if that is the case, I need to have it sent to ***** instead of LA. He said no problem. Before I hung up, ***** asked me if I would mind if he sends me two headgears - the one I ordered and one not listed on their website. He asked me to have my son try both, pick one, and send the other one back. I thought he was being nice to accommodate for the shipping mishap, so I said sure, as long as my son has his headgear in time. Fast forward to Wednesday, October 16. I receive a box for the original headgear I purchased along with a packing slip that shows the original headgear I ordered. However, there was only one headgear in the box and it was not the headgear I purchased! It was a completely different model. I called ***** right away and he said that I should get the second one tomorrow (10/17). I requested a tracking number for that second box and was unable to get one. I was told he would call me back within the hour and still have not heard back from him. After doing some research, I noticed others have had similar issues!! I emailed the company and demanded a full refund for the product and expedited shipping costs because ***** and Bats-Toi did not deliver as promised.

    I ordered the ******* II headgear. I paid for the expedited shipping. Its been almost 2 years now, and I have not received the headgear. I asked to be reimbursed or compensated for that cost. My order number is 2782. I ordered the ******* II headgear. My kids had a fight on 27 January 2023, and didnt have the right safety gear. On May 27, 2024 ************************* (owner) called me again and said he would send me two ******* III headgear to compensate for my situation. I did not receive anything.

    On January 06-2023 I purchased what I thought was going to be a small "******* 2" headgear from Bats-toi for my son for $132.69, Order # ****. Shortly after Bats-toi contacted me and said that they were no longer in production with that headgear and the I would be upgraded to the "******* 3" free of charge. February 1st, 2023 Bats-toi sent an email that they were having production issues and that the headgear would ship at a later date. That headgear has never came and has passed many documented ship dates. On July 12th, 2023 I agreed to have a medium shipped to to check it out and see if anyone in my sons wrestling club would be interested, I returned the headgear. Since returning the headgear I have gotten little responses and more missed ship dates, with the last one being November 10th, 2023. I was last told the headgear shipped but have yet to have been provided with a shipping conformation, and I have asked 6 times including a phone call. I have asked for a refund multiple times with no refund process. My son really wants this headgear but I have given up hope on it actually coming.
