    I have been trying to contact them to help troubleshoot my ion robovac they responded a couple times and now cant get anyone to respond. I asked for a call and they said their phone lines are inactive due to staffing issues

    Got in touch with them on September 18 got an automated response that a ticket was created tried to get in touch with them 2 more times and no response machine is under warranty

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!We have yet to receive any assistance from customer service after sending our first initial email. Claim# ********** The only response was only given from their automated system, and that was to give a claim number.

    Hello ****, using your Ticket number above it would appear you reached out on 7/14 in regard to a damaged charging port on your Megabass. We replied on 7/15 offering to help and requesting a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase. With this we can file a claim for replacement. On 7/18 you reached out saying you have not received a response. We replied again on 7/18 asking for the receipt. Please send receipt and we can process your claim.

    Received a wine fridge (Model: ********) from this company for Christmas last year. I absolutely loved the product...until around June 1, when the refrigerator continued cycling on and off - not cooling anything inside. Hoping Tzumi support could help, I reached out to them on June 21. Received an automated reply, which I responded to immediately - providing the necessary details (model/serial number), and even a video of the issue occurring. To this day - after badgering them several times, and even threatening to review their company on BBB - I have not received any response (not even a 'we're looking into it!' or 'we're backed up with support requests because our products are terrible'). It's extremely disheartening to read the review of this company, and still see the ionchill/Tzumi products marketed at **************** etc (all with very similar, low reviews). I have never reviewed a company on BBB - mostly because....well, most companies I've worked with have at least responded to me on their customer support channels. Please - avoid this company and any of the products it makes. Your future self and gift recipients thank you! :)

    Hello ********, I see you contacted our company regarding a product that was reported to not power on. After attempting troubleshooting, we offered to replace the item however we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation. We need to have this for authenticity of the purchase retailer and date, as I'm sure you can understand if the retailer can not assist without proof of purchase either. If purchased via credit card, often the retailer can provide this for you and we can proceed.

    customer service is a complete joke.i purchased a mini fridge, that was great at first, but then went to c*** in about 2 months. I emailed the ************** responded back asking for the serial number, specific product ********* name. I provided all the info they requested & it ended there. They have NOT contacted me since. I have emailed at least twice now asking WTF (I was nice in the emails) - still no response. I will NEVER purchase anything else of this brand again -- customer service SUCKS! I only selected 1 star as I couldn't submit without one....which they don't even deserve.

    Worst products ever! Design is incomplete and definitely was not checked by an actual person to ensure functionality in countries where they sell. "Made in *****" means they broke it in *****. New York should be ashamed to put their state on the box. That's false advertising bc connectors definitely aren't made for anything typical in the **.

    False advertisement and bunk products. They also state that they've paid for most their product reviews on their website.(when you go to leave a review)Didn't think this type of activity was legal.
