      I been with this company for almost 16 years and for the past 6 months the people Verizon are hiring is not fully trained. I been calling in about my account for my bill to be lowered a rep I spoke to confirmed to me my bill was going be 270 a month and it never went down. I called in multiple times and they all saying don’t worry next bill. It been 4 months already smh

      I was approached by a canvas employee of Verizon last winter. She ended up sending the router to the wrong address, and I never received service. I did not create an account either. Months later I was billed for service I never used. After plenty of phone calls with customer service, I thought it was resolved. The bills continued to come in. Eventually they had *********** ********, a debt collector, harass me and call me every day until I paid a fine of $110 for a service I never received. This is criminal and I am DISGUSTED at how Verizon conducts themselves. Disgusting customer service, lack of awareness, etc. Nobody should ever be harassed in the way I have for a service I did not use. I pay my bills. They made me feel like I was a criminal for refusing to pay an unjust bill until I finally broke down and did.

      A Verizon salesperson approached me at my residence promoting new service Verizon offers. His service qoute was for to me recieve FIBER OPTIC + 5G HOME INTERNET INCLUDING 1GBIT DOWNLOAD AND 1,500 UPLOAD SPEEDS. After further research the plan be put me on was strictly 5G Home internet with NO FIBER OPTIC. I receiced Verizons router after repeatedly denying the need for it but the salesperson insisted I would not be charged. I contacted Verizon to cancel the service and stated if they wanted their router back then they would need to arrange pickup service to get it back. This is not my mistake and im not paying for Verizon to lie to people. Verizon stated if the equipment was not returned then I would be charged $200. A report has been filed with the *** and now with BBB. Unacceptable and unprofessional on Verizons end.

      Horrible company, particularly for home internet. Signed up when they came door to door informing it was in my area. Within the last 4 months I needed a new router that they didn't want to give me before keeping me on the phone for 2 hours troubleshooting things I had already done. Then the rude representative sent me to a store an hr away to get the new box when I had a store 10 min away. Since we got the new box it has been nothing but problems. Needed a reboot twice a day to function at all. I then called last night to cancel services and then they charged me for the upcoming month today. So I called asking about a refund, 1st representative kept me on the phone for an hour and gave me some email to contact to get the refund via bank account instead of this "prepaid card" they try to give. The email was invalid. Had to recontact them and after an additional 30 min I was told it doesn't matter you won't get a refund anyways because we don't refund if you only have 1 service. Like how is that legal exactly. Worst company and I will never use them again for anything.

      This is the worst company ever. Absolutely horrible customer service! Nobody will do anything to actually help. You can't talk to a live person and if you're lucky enough to get someone on the line they will not explain anything to you. I've been charged more and more every month since I started service with no explanation as to why. Terrible, Terrible company. Should go out of business.

      Terrible service! Internet always lagging and website never works. Yesterday 9/30/24 I signed up for ********* through Verizon to start on 10/1/24 ($10/monthly credit). Sent me a link at 8am today 10/1/24 and doesn’t work. Called them and was with them for 4 hours with no solution. Tried to register, nothing, tried to sign in and register, nothing. They first said that it was because an outage, then it was because I haven’t returned the equipment, then it was the outage again and finally it’s because “at times it can take a day or two “. All excuses, no solution.

      I have not signed up paperless billing. Attempted numerous times to discuss with Verizon this situation. Never able to reach a representative to discuss this issue.

      I was offered *** ****** ****** as a promotion for their 5G home internet. I accepted the offer and still haven't received the activation Email for *** ****** ******. It's been 5 weeks. My wife and I have called numerous times, and nothing has been resolved.
